Beijing Pudi Hotel

The quad room was great, and the double room was clean. The hotel's breakfast was delicious.

My stay this time was excellent! I booked two double rooms for my friends and a king room for myself. When checking in, the front desk attendant even upgraded me to a suite for free. I could see Beijing Railway Station right from my room, and the next day, it was only an 8-minute walk to the station entrance, which was incredibly convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Beijing West Railway Station, making travel very easy. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are incredibly welcoming and I've even received a complimentary room upgrade occasionally!

The only satisfying part was the room upgrade. Parking costs 10 yuan/hour, and guests get a 50% discount. The front desk phone was always busy. The complimentary Beijing specialty snacks were just 6 small mahua twists, which felt like a bribe for kids. The extra breakfast I booked couldn't be refunded. The exhibition tickets, which were supposed to be included in the room rate, weren't given to me. I had to haggle for a late check-out. There were a lot of foreigners.

Facilities: Classic, spacious, and bright. Cleanliness: Very good, excellent. Environment: Beautiful, with a park right downstairs. Service: First-rate, the front desk was great. Old Beijing snacks and souvenirs: Excellent. Minibar: Price list provided. The breakfast was very rich, and there were many Russian guests, so you could practice Russian and English.

The room facilities were a bit dated, but the location was excellent. There were a lot of foreign guests staying, so it's likely a partner hotel for international tour groups. Stepping out of the hotel and turning right, you'll find a beautiful pocket park. A bit further on is the Beijing City Wall Relics Park, which I recommend visiting if you have time. The hotel's ground floor has many restaurants and a supermarket. We tried Nianmen Shuanrou and it was quite good.

The room was generally clean and the bedding was comfortable. The heating was a bit too warm for us, coming from the south, which took some getting used to. Breakfast was plentiful and replenished quickly. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, and the subway is just a few minutes away. The best part was being able to run to Tiananmen Square early in the morning to watch the flag-raising ceremony! We stayed for 6 days and had a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
