Stayed here for a business trip. Alison at the front desk was professional and efficient, handling my check-in and check-out quickly. She was also very helpful with printing documents and explaining the invoicing process. Her steady and reliable approach made my stay completely hassle-free.

The overall stay was perfect, with excellent facilities and impeccable hygiene. I'd especially like to commend Manager Lane for their warm and friendly demeanor, and proactive enthusiasm throughout. Their professional and calm communication made me feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here.

The duty manager, Lane, was professional and courteous, with a warm and polite demeanor. He proactively arranged adjacent rooms for our meetings and meticulously explained the executive lounge and breakfast hours. He also actively helped resolve unexpected travel issues, making everything reliable and hassle-free. His detailed service truly alleviated the fatigue of the journey. This is my top choice for business travel and definitely worth returning to repeatedly.

I want to thank Reese at the front desk of Fairmont Beijing for her thoughtful service during my stay. She was very efficient and friendly when I checked in, and even asked about my travel plans. When she found out I wasn't familiar with the area, she patiently recommended a few great restaurants that were perfect in terms of taste and location, saving me the trouble of aimlessly searching myself. I'm not very familiar with ride-hailing apps, so she even proactively helped me call a taxi and carefully confirmed the destination with the driver. These might seem like small details, but it's precisely this kind of attentive care that made my entire stay so much smoother. Overall, Reese's professionalism and enthusiasm left a great impression on me about this hotel, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Beijing.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Exit C South of Yong'anli Station on Metro Line 1! It's an Accor brand. The room was spacious and even had a sofa, which was a nice touch. Plus, there are tons of restaurants at Guomao Mall nearby! A great hotel 👍

The hotel is excellent. The room is spacious and well-equipped, with a swimming pool and a gym. It was a fantastic experience staying here with kids, highly recommended! We'll definitely book again next time we're in Beijing.

I want to sincerely commend Cassie, our housekeeper, for making our stay truly outstanding. I requested a late check-out, and Cassie efficiently and smoothly handled the arrangements with a gentle and proactive approach. The hotel gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and is kept very clean, offering an excellent workout experience. Cassie was consistently attentive to guest needs, responded quickly, and was professional and thoughtful in all her interactions. The superb butler service combined with the excellent hotel facilities significantly enhanced our overall comfort. I am extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend Cassie. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.

She's proactive, meticulous, responsive, and her service is both professional and warm. My entire stay was comfortable, knowing any request would be handled properly.
