We had a lovely stay. It is exactly what you would expect from a Fairmont. I just wish there was more restaurants around the hotel area.

First class experience and the gold lounge is an exceptional hotel inside a hotel.

Very clean and nice

Everything was great, the location, the size of the room, and the cleaningness, too. But, there were three things I didn't like. 1. The temperature outside was 5 degrees, and in the room, only 17.5 degrees. It was freezing cold, and I could not fix it. 2. The other thing that was not ok was lack of fresh bread or pastries for breakfast. As a foreign guest, I would love to have some in the morning. 3. Internet connection didn't work so I had to use my own mobile one.

Room is nice and clean, breakfast alright, hotel location is good.

The hotel is convenient and not as old as I think . The room is clean and service crew are friendly I will come back again 😊

The service really shone through this trip. It was warm and friendly. They upgraded our room, and the room was wonderful. The massage chair was phenomenal, and we spent a lot of time in it. We also went to the spa, which was absolutely fabulous. I loved the attention to detail and the clean mellow environment. The pool was 20 meters and had a jacuzzi, we both loved it. Happy hour had a good variety of drinks, and the coffee was good. The food was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The design is elegant and refined. It was definitely value for money. We loved our stay here, and definitely will come back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Customer service contact me before my arrival to share a lot of useful info. Also they offer to upgrade my room and extend my checkout time until 5pm. A very good stay and will come again

I’m not much of a reviewer and only leave comments when my experience way exceeds my expectations. The Fairmont Beijing deserves every praise. We were treated fabulously, a mix between old friends and VIP guests. Every request was given their utmost attention and nothing was ever too much trouble. We are very blessed to have been looked after once again by the wonderful staff at the Fairmont.

I stayed 2021 in the hotel - it was great. 2024 my family and I were not that happy about the stay - everything got used and old. Not got smell. The hotel is still good, especially a nice executive floor. But I am not sure if I will come again under this conditions.

Incredible hotel, they upgraded us, they were lovely as they accommodated us in all our needs. I would like to also thanks Park for his incredible hospitality and service, he supported us and guide us during our stay. Incredible work! Keep up!

Favorite hotel in Beijing. Great location in Guomao next to subway station. Willow Stream Spa (21 floor) is very relaxing, with spacious sauna and pool. The gym is very modern. Breakfast buffet is delicious and priced well. Try the Chinese pancakes and fresh juices!

The bathtubs had remaining hairs from previous user, room is a bit dated but service was good
