Beautiful hotel, food was overpriced (lunch/ dinner) but staff were amazing, it did seem they were severely understaffed. There's nothing around except the airport and a park. The small shuttle bus to t3 was very convenient

Hotel crews provided good services. But, I am not happy with the room conditions: stains on carpet, dust on table, non-functional receptacles, poor air ventilation... It seems room's have not been well maintained. Very disappointed.

Excellent location near Terminal 3, shuttle service to and from the hotel is quite efficient. The hotel staff are always friendly and courteous, always ready to assist you. As for the breakfast it has a great selection, much better than other hotels I’ve stayed at.
The only negative comments are 1. Maintenance, the A/C was leaking heavily (pool of water on the floor) and by the water damage on the ceiling it has been leaking awhile. 2. Housekeeping came around at 08:30, knocked once and walked in. This is completely unacceptable and the hotel should have standard protocols for this.

Great hotel, close to the airport if you have flight early in the morning or late at night. Their service is impeccable. The hotel is clean and their staff are so helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. They have SPA and restaurant in hotel as well as room service.

Pleasant stay in Cordis. Their suite is amazingly spacious and well organised. Had been served with top notch hospitality by Mr David during breakfast, of course the rest of the staff live up to their slogan too! Cheerios!

Nice hotel and great location close to airport. Quiet at night, can't hear the aircrafts take off or landing. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna make the stay really good. Good service with the shuttle bus every 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay here!
