We were happy for everything. They allowed us to check in at around 9am without any charges. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. For Muslims, there were halal signs on every dish. It was very close to shopping centres and tourist attractions.

Very good location, close to the center of Beijing and WangFujing walking treet. Lots of restaurants around. Staffs are good in Englisth and very helpful.

What a bad experience we had. This is our annual family trip so we booked an executive room with a queen bed, hoping everything would be better than what we got.
First, the staff service is very slow and acts annoyingly towards us.
Second, in my opinion, the breakfast period is too short, from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Since we are tourists with kids would like to wake up later.
Third, the air conditioning doesn't work, it's too hot, and we cannot breathe. I asked room service to fix it, but they just gave me a portable air conditioner, which still didn't work and was loud. They are already altering the room for me; late night is better. By the way, my kids need to wake up late at night to switch the rooms.
Fourth, housekeeping knocked on our door early morning even though we didn't hang "made up my room" for service, and at that time, we were sleeping.
What a bad experience this was in my life. I do not recommend it for tourists; find another hotel nearby.

Rather old hotel. There is a lot events going on … staff were friendly. As we were staying in the 2nd floor at the corner , we had to walk pass whole lots of event attendees as there were quite event on going.
Shower was bad due to the extreme low water pressure but with Great location,

The location is very near to the train station and Wangfujing shopping area. It is also near to the local hospital in case there is any emergency. The room are great for the price we paid.

The hotel located at Wangfujing, near attraction places like Temple Of Heaven, Tian’men Square and The Forbidden City and it has easy access to public transport. As for breakfast, there’s a lot to be choose from, and for Muslim guest, there’s some halal selection (you need to look for the halal remark and choose wisely). Staff can communicate in English very well. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay at Wangfujing area.

Excellent location. Hotel a little bit old and tired. Funnydooronbathroom. However, personal is making your day. Smile is always there, even early morning. We enojoy our stay and would definitely come back. We liked breakfest in Exclusive lounge and also dinner there. Definitely, woul recommend to go with Executive rooms 16-19 floor.

Very good and flexible service when I had to shorten my stay! I was very happy they allowed me to check out even at 4 pm without charging half a day. Money reimbursed immediately, trip.com also played their part. This is China style service!!
On another note, I like the art in the hotel and the location is great.
