Every aspect of my stay here was excellent. The service was attentive without being overbearing or awkward; they were quick to respond when needed and didn't disturb me otherwise. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, the room was clean, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. A big thank you to Kevin from the concierge for his help. The room had great natural light and ventilation, was well-equipped, and had good soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at all. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and the common areas were well-maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. The staff at the service center were all very friendly and responded promptly to any issues. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. This time, she helped me with extending the stay for our original room, which was incredibly convenient for us. Great location, a 30-minute drive from both the city center and Capital Airport. Surrounded by large shopping malls, perfect for dining and retail therapy. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym and pool, which I highly recommend. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to concierge Alice for her excellent service. Excellent location, built for SKP. There's also a Starbucks 'Intangible Cultural Heritage' store nearby that's worth checking out; they offer special coffee and drinks different from regular Starbucks branches.

I brought my two children to Beijing this time and we stayed at this hotel for the entire duration of our trip. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to SKP and Huamao Shopping Center, making it easy for both shopping and dining. The hotel staff's performance is also highly commendable. A special thanks to Ms. Iris, who checked us in. She was not only warm and friendly but also meticulously introduced all the hotel's facilities and directed me to the concierge desk to get a Beijing tourist map, which made us, first-time visitors to Beijing, feel much more at ease. Additionally, the hotel breakfast was very thoughtfully prepared; I was especially impressed that fresh peaches were offered among the fruits. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and this is a highly recommended hotel!
