Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

An exceptional stay, reimagined. My experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the team's professionalism. The room design perfectly balanced aesthetics with practicality. The smart home system made controlling the indoor environment a breeze, and the specially selected mattress and high-quality bedding ensured an excellent night's sleep. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the bustling city while cleverly keeping out any noise. The dedicated work area was particularly noteworthy, with high-speed internet and an ergonomic chair making business tasks easy and comfortable. The service team was outstanding. Whether I needed extra amenities or information, their response was always prompt, and the staff consistently maintained a professional yet warm demeanor. The breakfast spread was extensive and exquisitely prepared. The service staff, especially Ms. Pang Yandan, was incredibly attentive to guests' needs; upon noticing I was reading, she immediately presented me with a beautiful bookmark. This stay truly showed me the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. From the thoughtful configuration of hardware facilities to the refined optimization of service processes, everything showcased a professional standard of management. It is indeed a top choice for travelers.

The carpet had sputum stains, and the light switches had unknown marks on them. It was very mediocre, not up to the standard expected of a Four Seasons.

This is an older Four Seasons, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it still maintains its classic, elegant, and grand ambiance. It's located directly across from CITIC Securities headquarters, near the US and Japanese embassies, and Chaoyang Park. The service is still very attentive; they offer turndown service and even arrange pillows based on my past stay preferences. I also tried the spa on the 6th floor, which was very comfortable. Downsides: The underground parking lot is too small, and there's no direct elevator from B2 and B3 to the lobby, so you have to walk.

As a hospitality major, I really appreciate the warm welcome from the staff. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

My stay at the Four Seasons Beijing was decent overall, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The hotel facilities felt a bit dated, though the room maintenance was acceptable. The in-room amenities and comfort were pretty standard. Staff were professional, but the service lacked a bit of proactivity and attention to detail. The Chinese restaurant's service could also be improved. All in all, it's a solid and reliable five-star hotel, but compared to some high-end hotels I've experienced in the Middle East, there's still room for improvement.

My wife and I came to this hotel specifically because we heard Donald Trump once stayed here. The decor of the hotel is clearly well-thought-out and designed with care. The swimming pool is also very good, with a lifeguard on duty. There's also a hot tub, and the sauna offers both dry and wet steam.

I started staying at the Four Seasons about seven or eight years ago, purely by chance. Since then, whenever I go to Beijing, unless I'm specifically looking to try a different hotel, I usually choose the Four Seasons. The lotus flowers along the Liangma River are in bloom and look beautiful. I appreciate the upgrade; the room was so comfortable that even if I paid a bit more, it still felt like a great deal. The breakfast isn't as good as it used to be, but all the Four Seasons restaurants are generally excellent. I'll probably choose the Four Seasons again the next time I'm in Beijing.

A very comfortable and reassuring experience. The hotel's color scheme is meticulously thought out, with a grand atmosphere hidden in the details, from a small bottle of water to the bathroom amenities and the perfectly adjusted air conditioning. Four Seasons, always trustworthy.

Since we had four generations of family together, we specifically chose an executive room. Besides the buffet breakfast at the lobby lounge on the first floor, we also enjoyed the executive lounge's afternoon tea and evening happy hour every day. We didn't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy its dining services, swimming pool, and other facilities, which was very warm and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is located by the Liangma River, not far from Solana and Chaoyang Park, making it convenient for children to play.
