Very comfortable and positive experience. The bed is large and comfortable, my room had a balcony (although I didn't use it much because it was so cold!), and the laoban is helpful and friendly.

The hotel manager is both attractive and extremely helpful. They kindly receive packages sent by my friends, assist me in exchanging cash to Alipay balance, and though their English is limited, we communicate effortlessly using a translation app. 谢谢!

Convenient location, especially quiet given it’s on a major road. I wouldn’t stay here again just because my room lacked charm.

We stay for the weekend in this hotel. It has been very convenient. Close from the famous attraction, and very nice coffee, bars and restaurants near by. Easy to communicate with the owner.

Near to subway and easy walk around Shichahai & Luoguxiang hutong, but if you take subway make sure to get off at Sichahai subway . The owner is very helpful , minor thing is only quite high steps up to the room so would be u easy to carry up big luggage fortunately the owner willing to help carry our luggages up to the room

Very friendly front desk guy. Offered to bring down our luggages on the day we leave. Great stay! The front desk appeared to be a bit dingy.

Service was excellent, rooms were also very aesthetic. Location was pretty good as well, pretty much right in the city centre and close to a lot of nice areas to explore.

Excellent location, though on a main street it wasn't very noisy. The guests while I was there were also respectful of noise level as well. One of the best matresses I had, a clean shower/bathroom and helpful host[s]. No English, but easy to work around with translation ap; wasn't a problem. No complaints, would stay again.

We’re a Swiss couple staying at this hotel for a week. The two people who run the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a lot of suitcases so they offered to move us to another room to give us more space. They also helped us several times with taxis and other problems. The rooms are clean, cute and stylish. It has everything you need and the area is very convenient for visits and restaurants. We have been to Beijing several times with my wife and this is the best establishment we have stayed in. We highly recommend it !

The hotel person was rather friendly. But I really wanna say tht the location is amazing, straight out u get to visit an attraction, the place was close to the metro station. The person was nice enough to let us keep our luggages and let us wait at the hotel. The hotel room was nice and clean as well. It has a fridge outside for all to use (which was the only downside), besides that, I had nothing to say. Would recommend or stay again next time!

The bed was a little harder than I am used to but over all the room was lovely and the location was excellent - extremely convenient to get to all the major sites and very walkable. The service was what made this hotel particularly stand out - despite the language barrier, the owner went above and beyond to help me and provide any information needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The aircon was in poor condition and started dripping in the afternoon. The staff temporarily stopped the water flow after working at it for an hour. But it started pouring buckets in the middle of the night, so we had to turn the aircon off on a summer night. The next day I requested for some compensation, short of a full refund for the night. Yet the boss did not entertain the request. I did not make a fuss of it, but I think it’s was not done in good taste. Otherwise the location is excellent as it’s walking distance to most tourist locations and night markets. The rooms are small but amenities are adequate. Beds are comfortable and clean.
