The front desk staff's professionalism is incredibly impressive; I feel like their service level surpasses similar hotels in Beijing, especially Clint, who consistently maintains a high standard of service. The hotel's breakfast and night views are excellent. Even when the hotel is busy, they arrived to help me pack up my belongings within three minutes of my call. Most importantly, even though Park Hyatt looks a bit older, the facilities are very well-maintained.
