I had to come back to Empark Hotel for the last day of my trip because I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. The experience was comfortable, smooth, and welcoming from start to finish. Great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the door. The hotel facilities are modern, and the room layout is well-designed. The breakfast selection on the executive floor was a bit limited, but the afternoon tea was excellent. Service was generally good, but the one drawback was during checkout. The front desk staff repeatedly asked if I had used any of the hotel's soft drinks, even though my room type included a free mini-bar. This made the checkout process quite unpleasant.

The hotel was very grand and checking in was fast, the room is spacious and the bed was comfortable except I find the sliding door for the wash area is quite difficult to slid and got stuck. I would like to comment the front desk staff Mr Gary was very helpful and attentive to us during our stay and also the conceirge staffs was very helpful and informative.Housekeeping was also very attentive. Overall a very pleasant stay and thanks to all the staff .

Great location, right by a subway station, and close to attractions like the Forbidden City and museums. The hotel is quite new. I communicated my room preferences with the guest relations staff before arrival, and check-in was very smooth. The room's soundproofing is excellent.

Everything about the hotel was great, with just a couple of minor points. It would have been perfect if someone had offered to help with luggage, and a bath mat in the room would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, everything else was fine. The location is excellent, right next to a subway station, making it very convenient to get to all the major attractions. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Beijing.

The Prime Hotel met all our needs as a family that encompassed 3 generations. It was within walking distance to the Forbidden City and Jingshan and Behai parks and a reasonable drive by Didi to other attractions. We loved the breakfast each morning with both Western and Asian food. This gave us a chance to try other foods but also enjoy familiar ones. The staff was very helpful with arranging airport transportation and keeping g us well supplied with bottled water. I hope to return again.
