Lake View Hotel

The Beijing Renwei Hotel is truly excellent. First off, the front desk service was outstanding – very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff were also incredibly polite; they always greeted us proactively, which made us feel right at home. Plus, the hotel's location is superb, directly opposite Longtan Park. A walk there in the evening was incredibly refreshing. All in all, it was a worthwhile trip, and I'll definitely stay at the Renwei Hotel again next time.

I've stayed at this hotel almost every time I come to Beijing for business, but this experience was really bad. Hotel breakfast ends at 10 AM, and I arrived at the restaurant at 10:03 AM, only to be told that breakfast was over. I asked the staff if they could just grab me anything to eat, and the server very confidently said no, everything had been cleared away. I understand I was late and have nothing to say about that, but this is the first time I've encountered such an unaccommodating service policy from a hotel. At the very least, couldn't they have offered to check the kitchen? After all, breakfast is cleared, not thrown away, and I did pay for it.

It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for both business and leisure. **Location & Transportation** Situated on the Southeast Second Ring Road, right next to Longtan Park, it's within walking distance to the subway. It's incredibly convenient to get to Panjiayuan Antique Market and the Temple of Heaven, and a short drive to the CBD, making travel very efficient. **Room & Facilities** Rooms are spacious and bright with comfortable bedding. The bathrooms feature a wet/dry separation, and cleanliness is impeccable. Some room types offer pleasant lake views. The hotel boasts comprehensive amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and spa, providing a one-stop solution for relaxation. **Service & Dining** Service is professional and attentive, with quick responses and efficient problem-solving. There's a wide variety of dining options, and the breakfast spread is extensive. The healthy and nutritious meals are delicious, and the medical book display in the lobby is a unique touch. **Overall Summary** This established 5-star hotel maintains its quality, featuring new decor, a peaceful environment, and an excellent location. It's suitable for business trips, family vacations, and academic conferences. The value for money is great, highly recommended.

The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly thorough. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and delicious. The location is super convenient, and the lake view across the street is beautiful and refreshing – perfect for a stroll.

This hotel is located near Panjiayuan and is very close to the oncology hospital, making it very convenient for getting around. While the hotel facilities are a bit old, they have a grand feel to them. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, and it's definitely the best hotel in the vicinity of the oncology hospital.

The room was great, excellent value for the price. The lake view from the 23rd floor was also very nice. Overall, a very satisfying stay.
