Great customer service. It had what I needed for my trip.

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! EVERYTHING IS BAD. The rooms are dark and gloomy, windows are small and broken, beds are super hard. The carpets in the room are so filthy. Rooms are not 100% clean. This was supposed to be a beautiful resort, the Coffee shop was closed, there was no one in the spa, the staff at the hot springs were so rude. The hot Springs are situated in the basement. It's not very good. Most of the amenities at the hotel is not in use. We were suffocating in our bedroom, we got an upgrade to a better room but the the new upgraded room had no fresh air. No air conditioning, we had to request a fan because it was so hot in the room during winter. Our room didn't have face towels, nor a hairdryer. Breakfast was so so, the cold meats were really good. The whole hotel felt like a ghost town.

I still chose a balcony room. The view is much better than in winter. The room is tidy and clean. Except for the slow check-in process, everything else is good. I hope to increase the hotel's dining area, especially for individual guests. The customer service Xiao Zhang is available for communication at any time. It is another comfortable experience.

The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are very clean and very suitable for living. Mr. Wu, the Ctrip agent stationed at this hotel, is very nice. He not only upgraded the room type for free, but also recovered the parking fee.

The elderly at home want to go to the hot springs, and don't want to be too tossing, so they plan to book a hot spring hotel, eat and play, stay for one night to rest, and return the next day. Before departure, the customer service Xiao Wang was very considerate to inform the route and upgraded the room. It seems that there are not many guests staying. Check-in was very fast, and the room was indeed better than the ordinary standard room, but the corridor smelled of smoke, the public area was not smoking, and there was no warning sign. Let's talk about the lunch provided, which is basically the worst among star-rated hotels! The so-called buffet, a total of two hot dishes, mushroom stewed chicken and steamed pork, the rest are vegetarian dishes, one fried cabbage, one potato chips, one green bean corn, one French fries, and one egg custard. Then there is egg soup and pumpkin porridge, and the fruits are apples and watermelons. This configuration is not as good as a fast hotel, right? There are two indoor hot spring pools, two swimming pools, and one outdoor swimming pool. There are eight or nine pools, and the water quality is not bad. It is recommended to go outdoors, the air is much better. Drinking water is provided, you need to bring your own cup, and everything else needs to be consumed. In addition, you need to take a shuttle bus or drive from the hotel to the hot spring, which takes about three or four minutes, and parking spaces are tight.

This is the second time I have participated in the competition and stayed at Jiuhua Villa. The hotel facilities are complete and the hotel service is clean and hygienic. This time I booked a room without breakfast, but the guest Xiao Zhang added breakfast. I was very satisfied with everything. I will continue to stay at the hotel next time I have the opportunity to participate in the competition. I wish the hotel a prosperous business and a lot of money!

A special stay experience. Xiaobao participated in a competition at Jiuhua Villa on the weekend. When he checked in on Friday, it was Valentine's Day. I also wanted to prepare a surprise for my wife. I contacted Manager Zhang through the APP. I originally just wanted to ask if he could collect the flowers for me, but he told me that he could deliver them directly to the room for me and helped me apply for a room upgrade. Amazing, this weekend was very special. Giving roses to others will leave a lingering fragrance on your hands. Be kind to others and you will be blessed. I also want to share some tips for check-in through my experience. Contact the check-in manager who is in contact with you and boldly put forward your ideas and demands. There are often satisfactory replies and surprising feedback. I look forward to Xiaobao staying in Jiuhua Villa again for his next competition.

A family accompanied their children to participate in the national competition. Jiuhua Villa is an old hotel. The elderly in the family often came here when they were young. Now they come to soak in the hot springs during the Chinese New Year and other holidays. The reception service provided by Butler Xiao Zhang is particularly good. It is rare for an old hotel to provide butler service. Overall, we are very satisfied!

On February 7, 2025, I entered the lobby at night and it was full of smoke. There was an event going on and the lobby was full of people. I stood for a few minutes but couldn't find the check-in place. I was covered in cigarette smoke and no one stopped me. There was no staff. The next day, when I checked out, the lobby was still full of people. There was a staff member who kept persuading me not to smoke indoors, but no one paid any attention. It was probably due to the lack of management. The no smoking sign was ignored.

I took my children to participate in the activities. It was very convenient to stay in the same building. The place was very large. The room was clean and tidy, without any odor. If you have any questions, you can ask the customer service at any time. The response speed was very fast. I wanted to take a hot spring bath, but I didn't bring any equipment. I can only go there when I have a chance. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast time was said to end at 9:30, but when I arrived at 9:28, the spoons had been collected, so I had to mix the porridge, soy milk, millet porridge, etc. with one spoon, and the food was removed one after another. At least half an hour of meal time should be given.
