Chongwenmen Hotel

I've stayed here for three consecutive nights, transitioning from a twin room to a triple room, and it's still great! It's very close to Tiananmen Square.

First off, this hotel is super convenient, close to everything. Secondly, Aunt Niu provided such thoughtful, detailed service. Both my parents felt right at home, like family. We'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Chongwenmen subway station, and just a three-minute walk across the street from Tongren Hospital. Right next to it is the Ming City Wall Relics Park, where you can enjoy plum blossoms in mid-March. Our room was on a high floor, facing the sun, so it got good natural light and the temperature was comfortable. However, the facilities are a bit dated – it has an old-fashioned decor with carpets and old furniture, and no charging outlets by the bed. The bathroom is a bit small and not separate wet/dry. The TV is tiny. There's a mini-fridge, but it hums, which can affect sleep when it's quiet at night. I even asked the front desk for a paper cup and they didn't have one. Overall, the experience was just okay.

This is a very old hotel. The facilities are outdated and not as good as the Xinjiao Hotel across the street. Of course, they are also in different categories. It's very close to the subway station.

They also offer luggage storage, which made exploring worry-free.

Beyond its proximity to Tongren, this hotel has no redeeming qualities. The bed was worn out, hygiene was poor, and the room had an unpleasant smell! Service was also mediocre, though the lobby concierge was decent. This place is just too old!

Facilities: Well-equipped and easy to use. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with fresh linens. Location: Convenient for getting around. Service: Friendly attitude.

The room offers a view of the China World Trade Center, which is a great value for the price. The location is very convenient for getting around, close to Beijing Railway Station, with subway access and commercial areas nearby. The Qingfeng Steamed Dumpling Restaurant (Chongwenmen branch) is also just around the corner.
