Nice hotel, need to Pre arranged transport as you need to Walk to metro for some distance. Other than that very nice hotel

The central AC doesn’t work during night time. We try to call the front person and they said can’t do anything about it and ask us to open the window if needed. Kinda weird I guess 😅 others were all smooth. Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square. The staff at reception and at the restaurant were very helpful and professional. The AC in our room was not working so we got an upgrade to an even better room to further enjoy our experience at the hotel. Thank you! The hotel is located close to SOHO which was good for a morning walk , especially after the buffet breakfast which is a variety of western and Chinese Food, and very delicious and offers great evening views from your window. Overall very lovely stay!

My family had a great 24 hours at the Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square. We all really enjoyed the pool, the breakfast and service. Our only minor complaints was the heating couldn’t be turned off, and the air conditioning not available yet so the room was too hot. The hotel gave us four complimentary drinks on arrival which we enjoyed when we checked out. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed four nights at the hotel. At check-in, I was upgraded to the business executive floor which is on the highest floor on the 41st. The hotel seems newly renovated and the room was very comfortable. The area is not too busy and the hotel is not noisy- perfect for people who just want to relax. The customer service was excellent. I left my jacket in the room after check-out and the front desk staff, Liam, helped to coordinate the delivery of the jacket to me. Overall, a wonderful experience that deserves a five star rating.

We had a very pleasant time here. Good rooms and beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful, most of them speak good English. The breakfast is a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes and offers plenty of choice. Although the Subway (line 14) is in walking distance, the hotel is a bit far from the "tourist hotspots".

Cosy and located near the artsy area! The only concern we had was the air conditioning was not switched on and the rooms were really hot when we got in and we got them to assist with opening the windows. Otherwise the staff were all really polite and helpful. Thank you:)

The location is good with cafe opposite. The room is spacious, wifi connection is good for working. The room view is nice as we are in the high floors

Hotel staff can speak english, the hotel is nice and clean! I highly recommend this hotel! And they have a lap pool also, just bring ur hat when you want to swim!

Enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn with my family. We especially loved the breakfast. Lots of choices. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The service at the hotel is amazing. They always promptly solved any issues with the smile on their faces. I will definitely stay here again.
