Beijing Xuanwumen Business Hotel

Staying at the Xuanwumen Business Hotel with my kids was a really pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. It was dry and tidy, not damp at all, which made for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, and check-in was efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The hotel breakfast had a great variety, perfect for kids' tastes, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a truly reassuring place to stay when traveling with family. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip.

I've stayed here many times for business trips. The facilities are indeed very old, so if you're on a tight budget, you can choose this place. However, if you have a bit more to spend, you might want to look elsewhere, as the facilities are really outdated.

Location: The location is excellent, right next to Xuanwumen Subway Station, which is an interchange station for Lines 2 and 4. It's also close to Beijing South Railway Station, making it very convenient for catching early morning high-speed trains. There's a KFC next to the hotel, and a bit further, you'll find other dining options in the庄胜崇光 (Zhuang Sheng Chong Guang) Department Store. Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, including a small refrigerator for storing items. However, to be honest, the facilities are a bit dated, especially the bathroom, which clearly shows its age. Still, the fact that it has a wet and dry separation is a big plus. Although the room isn't large, it's very clean. I'm not sure if it's due to the continuous heavy rain or something else, but the corridor outside the room had a slightly unpleasant, musty smell. Thankfully, there were no strange odors in the lobby, elevators, or the room itself. Service: The staff cleans the room regularly every day, and food deliveries are promptly brought by robots, which is great. Other: On the first floor of the hotel, there are interesting historical introductions about the area. If you're interested, you can stop and read them to gain a deeper understanding of this neighborhood.

Great location, and being a state-owned hotel, the service is excellent! 👍 It's very close to Metro Lines 2 and 4. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay here, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that booking on a Saturday was almost 200 yuan cheaper than on a weekday! The location is fantastic – it's just three stops on Line 4 from Beijing South Station, and the hotel's side entrance is less than 20 meters from Exit G.

Excellent location, right by the subway station, and the price was very reasonable. Great for families with kids.
