Found two cockroaches. Last time I stayed here it was in a room that was considerably cleaner. And there were electricians barging in at 09:30 this time. Which woke me up and was strictly unnecessary.
Would probably look for something else next time.

I am traveling with my family of three. The room is very small and cold. There is no heating in the room, only air conditioning. It is in the basement, so it is extremely cold. We slept in our clothes at night. It's not a good hotel at all.

Bad review. I was promised that I could upgrade to a room type, but when I arrived, I was told that the room was fully booked. However, when I called to inquire, I was prepared to pay the current price and change to a king bed room type. The hotel said that I could upgrade for free, but when I arrived, I was told that it was not possible. The upgrade said the room was full, but the small room was moldy at night, with the window open, and a bunch of bugs came in. The toilet was smaller than the one on the high-speed rail. It was unheard of. I was going to consider filing a complaint. Ctrip had a recording of the whole process.
