The hotel's location is excellent, right within the park. The Sichuan restaurant downstairs also serves delicious food. There's plenty of parking, and it's convenient to charge electric vehicles, located just inside the park entrance on the right-hand side.

The hygiene was fine, and the staff's service attitude was good. What I don't understand is that when I checked in, before I even entered the room, the floor attendant told me to wait a moment because the bathroom light wasn't fixed. I asked to switch rooms. The next room I went into had a strong smell of smoke. So I said, 'Never mind, I'll wait until it's fixed, then we'll go out.' What I don't understand is why the employee who checked me in, whose name tag even said 'Supervisor,' would give us a problematic room in the first place? Then, around 10 PM, another problem arose. After showering for about three or four minutes, the drain started backing up like crazy; the water accumulated so much that my flip-flops, which I brought myself, could float! In the middle of the night, I had to call the maintenance uncle to unclog it. The uncle's service attitude was very good, and it wasn't easy for him; he came to fix something at noon, and then again so late at night. I think this clogging issue points to a lack of thorough inspection after the previous guest checked out. Finally, when I was sleeping, all four corners of the duvet were ripped, exposing the filling. Are things so bad that you can't even throw away torn bedding? Why use it for customers? After a day of troubles, I was too lazy to argue or call someone to change it again. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. We got an upgraded room type, and it was quiet at night. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

There was trash left behind by the previous guest behind the bathroom door that hadn't been cleared, and the shower area in the bathroom overflowed significantly. Everything else was good. The location is excellent, overall highly recommended!!!!

My stay at Lavande Hotel was fantastic! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the subtle fragrance. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, offering hot tea and sanitized towels. My room was clean and spacious, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The air purifier and Bluetooth speaker were very practical. The location offers convenient transportation and a wide array of dining options. The 24-hour service was prompt and responsive, showing thoughtful attention to detail. It's excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The room was not like the pictures - the bedsheets were plain and not like as displayed on the pictures. There was no rug on the floor despite the pictures showing the romantic room had a rug underneath the bed. 20% increase in price for really nothing compared to standard room - feel scammed.

The location of the hotel is closed to the subway, at the edge of the bustling Guomao CBD area, yet the environment is peaceful and quiet within a business park. The facilities are well equipped and furnished with self-service washing & drying service, and maintained. The staff are very courteous & friendly, ready to extend help when required.

Location is good. Room is needs to be updated and not very clean. Found hair and stains everywhere. The bed is hard and not comfortable. Staff does the bare minimum.

It was a very nice stay over Lavande Hotel, the location is great only 15 minutes walking to the closest subway station. The service was very good, everyone was helpful and kind to us during our stay. Our was room was nice and quiet, very confortable. Maybe the room and the alley could be a bit cleaner.

The bed was very comfortable and large. Other than that, the room is in need of renovations. Many imperfections from the shower head leaking to the carpet being damaged. But the location was very convenient for my needs.
