Jinglin Hotel

The hotel is very large, and the room was way bigger than standard about three times the size. However, it’s quite old. Breakfast starts very early, from 4:30 AM, but despite the wide variety, I wasn’t satisfied with the quality at all. The reception staff couldn’t speak English. There is a free airport transfer, but the driver’s behavior wasn’t good. The bed was very old and made noise. On the positive side, the towels and bed sheets were clean. Overall, if having very early breakfast for an early flight is important to you, this hotel could be a good choice.

The facility was very nice and fancy. My only issue was communicating in chinese with the front desk since my chinese is limited and I was not able to figure out how to get a shuttle from the airport. The front staff were very accommodating and gave us late checkout without asking :)

Dreadful. This hotel whilst closely situated to Terminal 3 and a shopping mall is well overdue for refurbishment. The room was not cleaned very well. The air conditioning and fridge did not work. The rooms were noisy and the bed and pillows were very hard. The only redeeming features were that the sheets were clean and the wifi worked. Would definitely not recommend this hotel or stay here ever again.

Hotel felt very old and horror type of a hotel that needed big time refurbishing. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel, near the airport, they also privide free shuttle. Various breakfast and beautiful area outside the hotel. Recommend for travellers

Good hotel. Good location. Need to have a chat feature for shuttle pick up from airport, as it takes a while to go to into desk and ask to call etc.
