HanTing Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Street)

The room was clean and tidy. The robot delivery service for takeout right to our door was super convenient. It's also really easy to get to attractions like the Temple of Heaven and Qianmen Street from here. And the 18-RMB breakfast was pretty good too!

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, and the facilities are well-maintained.

The hotel is directly opposite the west gate of Friendship Hospital. My relative had surgery and is staying in the surgical ward, which is the closest inpatient building to the west gate, making visits incredibly convenient. The hotel also has a free parking lot at the back, and there are many restaurants nearby. That's why we extended our stay for another week.

The hygiene was absolutely terrible. After a few days, red rashes appeared on my legs, and they were incredibly itchy. All three of us staying there developed rashes. I suspect it's a problem with the bedding, as it wasn't changed at all during our five-day stay. While they call it the Qianmen Street branch, it actually takes a good 15-20 minute walk to get to Qianmen Street. In the mornings and at noon, the area in front of the hotel gets really congested, so you need to hail a taxi much earlier. Before checking in, I left a message asking if they could consolidate my many packages, and they agreed. However, at check-in, I was told to go to the security room in the back and search through each package individually. If they can't do it, they shouldn't promise it. The washing machine was also broken for two days. We booked a suite, and I can't believe there's such a bad hotel in China.

First off, this hotel isn't far from the subway station. What truly stood out was how proactive and friendly the front desk staff were, especially Ms. Pei and Ms. Wang – they really deserve recognition! The room, while not huge, was perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler like myself. I arrived early, and luckily, there was an available room, so I was able to check in ahead of time which allowed me a short nap before heading out to visit the Forbidden City in the afternoon! Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money!

The hotel is really close to the subway station, just a 5-6 minute walk away. The environment is also quite good, and the front desk service was excellent. It's not noisy at night, so you can get a good night's sleep, and it's also not far from Qianmen Street.

This was my first time in Beijing, and I'm so grateful for the attentive service from the hotel staff! This hotel is centrally located, and the front desk staff were warm and patient. Check-in was very efficient, and they meticulously answered all my questions. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was thorough and detailed, with a lot of attention paid to the small touches. The service throughout my stay was thoughtful and attentive, with quick responses to everything. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! I left Beijing with a lingering fondness and reluctance to leave... thankful to the hotel for making us feel at home. 💕💕💕

The room is beautiful, clean, and tidy. The bed is so comfortable, it's excellent! I'll definitely come again. It feels quite luxurious, and they even provide premium toiletries, which I really appreciate. Thumbs up!
