We Light Hotel (Beijing Xinjiekou)

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The ground floor has been redecorated, and the service is still excellent. The room cleanliness has improved significantly compared to before – the toilet was spotless, and there was no dust on the electrical outlets. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The transportation is also very accessible.

The hotel's location is great, and the soundproofing is excellent. It's very clean, the shower pressure is stable, and there's plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The service attitude was excellent, and the location is very convenient. It's not far from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. There are plenty of food options nearby; Fangzhuan factory No. 69 Zhajiangmian is just diagonally opposite, a two or three-minute walk away. Since we were traveling with a child and elderly parents, the front desk even upgraded us to an executive suite for free, which was very spacious.

Seriously, for such a large hotel, you'd think they'd check the rooms. The charging station on the left side of the bedside table didn't work, and neither did the row of prominent power outlets on the desk. It was pretty frustrating, to say the least.

Really great, stayed for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. Felt perfectly safe even traveling alone, and the space was just right, quite spacious. It's conveniently located close to everything.

The service was excellent. I was struggling to get the elevator to work – I kept swiping my card and pressing the floor button but nothing happened. A front desk staff member must have seen me because they came over to help, and it worked instantly. It really shows they're attentive to guests even after they've entered the elevator. Later that evening, I went downstairs to pick up my takeout. Before I even had to ask, another staff member noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Their attentiveness is truly commendable! The room itself was quite spacious. Last night, I heard a buzzing sound while sleeping; I'm not sure if it was just me being tired or if there was an actual noise, but either way, it didn't impact my stay at all.
