Overall, it was okay, but the room layout was a bit strange. For a king room, why is the desk so huge, and there's only one chair? I suggest adding a second chair. Also, the desk and chair placement felt a bit off, leaving about 5 square meters of the king room feeling completely empty. There was only toilet paper in the bathroom; no paper in the washroom or bedroom. When I first entered the room, I noticed there wasn't any bottled water provided. I hope these three points can be improved.

This old-school five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation. Its French-inspired design, combined with its low-rise structure, creates a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The staff are incredibly proactive and attentive, especially NACI. This is my second time staying here, and it's consistently excellent.

This is a hotel close to home, and I usually stay here when something comes up. Twice in a row, the night light switch in my room stopped working while I was sleeping. Both times, maintenance had to fix it from the electrical box (each time, I was told it was a faulty electronic component), which is quite ridiculous. The maintenance response was also incredibly slow; I called at 11:30 PM, and they didn't get to my room until almost midnight. This time, it was even more absurd: 1. The TV wasn't set up beforehand, so all I got was static. 2. The shower gel in the room was empty and hadn't been replaced. 3. The coffee in the room was missing and hadn't been refilled. 4. The electric kettle had a layer of dust on it. Avoid this place.

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but overall it was acceptable, especially since it's the only hotel around here. It's not bad, I'd recommend it.

Daxing Castle offers incredible value for money. If you're just looking for a place to rest and sleep without needing extra services, this is the spot.

The room was incredibly spacious and the hotel itself is very new. Parking was free, and what really stood out was how thoughtful the security guards were – they even put sunshades on every car during the hot weather, which was a really nice touch. The delivery locker is conveniently located right inside the main entrance, so you don't even have to go outside to pick up your food. The hotel's design is meticulous in every detail. My only suggestion would be to add buckwheat pillows that are entirely filled with buckwheat.

Had a really pleasant stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the food was delicious. We even got to see it snow, which was a nice bonus. Nancy provided excellent service, always ready to help with anything we needed.

This is my second stay here, and I really like this hotel because it offers great value for money. Parking is convenient with its own lot. This time, I tried the pool and it was quite good. The only minor dissatisfaction was that the bathtub in the room wasn't perfectly clean. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
