Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and fridge. As other reviews mentioned, public areas could use a little upgrade, but not too bad. Was warned about construction noise but didn't hear any.

Good value for short stay. My assigned room is quiet and hot water pressure is great. Hallway carpet looks old. Front desk people are warm.

Little hotel in the very heart of CBD.
Great location, plenty of international restaurants at 10m walking distance.
Small rooms (and many with no window or natural light) but very clean.
Comfortable beds (futon is good as well).
Currently the best value for money in that area, and just perfect for a short business stay.

Front desk staffs are always friendly, helpful and smiling that really make me good everyday. Their swift response for help is very impressing too. It's a nice hotel to stay.

I booked a windowless room but I was upgraded to a much bigger and nicer room. The location was convenient for the things I wanted to do. Carpets in the hallway are very old and need to be replaced. Other than that, it’s a nice place.

The service was good. We had no breakfast. No windows in the room, but that was okay, because of good AC. 2 nights for 100€ we’re okay. The pillow was the best,
