Atour Hotel (Beijing Yansha Sanyuanqiao)

Small and beautiful, this was my first time staying at Atour, and it far exceeded my expectations! I'll definitely consider staying again in the future.

Although it shares a lobby with an office building, it has its own private entrance. The hallways and rooms are spotlessly clean and very quiet. Right across from the hotel is a food street, and it's also convenient to get to the subway station, just a 12-15 minute walk. The breakfast selection isn't huge (compared to a five-star hotel buffet), but it has everything you'd expect and need, making for a lovely meal. I have to mention that I discovered a few great books I'd never heard of before in the book bar in the front desk waiting area, and I ordered them as soon as I got home. Also, thanks to the front desk staff who thoughtfully gave me a bottle of mineral water when I checked out. It was a very good stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back.

Atour never disappoints! The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the bedding was super comfortable. The blackout curtains in the 'Deep Sleep' room were so effective, I slept until 9 AM without realizing it was already morning. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. But what really stood out was the warm and welcoming service. Every staff member I encountered greeted me enthusiastically, especially the housekeeping auntie. Seeing that we had a baby, she was thoughtful enough to provide extra bottles of water, just in case we ran out. Highly recommend!

Standard Atour Hotel, very convenient for getting in and out, and taxis can drop you off right at the entrance. The only thing is you have to swipe your card multiple times to go upstairs, which feels a bit like going to work... The late-night congee was really good, piping hot, and the restaurant was very clean. Picking up packages and ordering takeout was also very convenient, and the front desk staff and housekeepers were all very polite.

The Atour hotel rooms are neat, clean, and well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is abundant, nutritious, and offers a wide variety of choices. The location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. The front desk staff provided friendly service with a smile throughout, making for an overall fantastic experience!

This Atour feels like a counterfeit. I booked it based on the Atour brand, but the room was completely different from the pictures of the room type I booked. Plus, it was very noisy. Breakfast was even worse – a tiny, overcrowded space with nothing available. The salted duck eggs had only whites, no yolks, the fruit platter was empty, and the vegetable salad had barely any greens. All three salad dressing bottles were empty, and there was no milk. It was seriously understocked; on the first day, there weren't even any bowls. What's even more ridiculous is that I called before booking to ask if I could drive in from out of town, but no one mentioned anything when I checked in. The hotel doesn't have its own parking; you have to pay for it. After checking out, they charged me 558 yuan for parking! Avoid this place at all costs.

This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The overall style felt very welcoming. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, always smiling, and quick to help with any issues. Most importantly, the service and environment are excellent, and the price is reasonable, making it great value for money.

Booked the Atour Hotel through Trip.com. We checked in quite late that day, and the front desk directly upgraded our room. It was very comfortable for a family of three. The Chinese-style breakfast was delicious.
