Palace Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square Qianmen Subway Station)

The hotel is very close to Tiananmen Square, and it's just a 3-minute walk to Qianmen Street. The room was clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very friendly. Looking forward to staying here again!

The hygiene is impeccable, the environment is great, and the service is excellent. The facilities are also very new, and it's super convenient for getting around, being very close to the subway station.

Clean and quiet. It's a bit small because it's on a snack street, but the facilities are complete. The service is thoughtful, and the young ladies at the front desk are all very patient and considerate. You can also store your luggage for free, which is great service.

Great location, right next to Qianmen subway station. The room was a bit small and had no window, but it was clean and tidy, which was fine. Overall, it was pretty good. It was my first time staying in a hotel that required a security check, but being near Tiananmen Square definitely made me feel extra safe, haha!

The front desk staff were excellent and upgraded my room for free. The security guard at the entrance was also very responsible. The room was spacious and very clean; I stayed for 5 days, and the cleaning staff tidied up every day. The location was extremely convenient, making my trip much easier. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right near Tiananmen Square and Qianmen Dashilar. There are tons of great food options nearby, from hot pot and BBQ to Peking duck. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the added security of needing a key card to enter and exit. The room itself was fantastic – I loved the large mirror, the separate toilet and shower, and the smart toilet. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations for this trip!

The room was tiny, and the loft was really cramped for four people. The hygiene wasn't great; the curtains were dirty and right next to the bed. The bedding felt quite damp. There was an issue with the light on the second floor – at 11 PM, we found we couldn't turn it off. Since my family was already asleep, I couldn't ask staff to fix it in the middle of the night. The hotel didn't provide eye masks, and their solution was to offer to deliver one. Given we had to wake up at 3 AM the next day to see the flag raising, I ended up sleeping with clothes covering my eyes. I put my phone on silent and woke up to find staff had called me after 1 AM and sent a message saying the eye mask had arrived. I was so glad my phone was on silent, or being woken up would have been even worse. The soundproofing wasn't good; we could clearly hear late-night noise from the hallway. The only positives were its proximity to Tiananmen Square and the friendly staff.

The room was very clean and tidy, and well-equipped. Most importantly, the service attitude was excellent. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us find solutions. They even upgraded our room on the second day, which was really great. The staff helped us with our luggage both up and down. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Beijing, highly recommended!
