Reviews of Beijing Xinjinshan apartment

We encountered several problems that fortunately we were able to mitigate: 1) they demanded our registration with the police as we are foreigners, we had to have the embassy intervene and they finally understood; 2) the first room they gave us smelled tremendously of smoke, the first night we did not sleep, thanks to trip intervention they changed our room, this one however did not have blackout curtains, but at least it did not smell of smoke; 3) low-level cleanliness, disposable towels too small, toilet paper delivered in minimal quantities; 4) lack of sufficient cutlery, lack of kitchen cleaning equipment and cutlery 5) the hotel card provided free water, we asked for it and it was not delivered (in other hotels in China they gave us 2 bottles per day) 6) unfriendly and suspicious attitude, only after trip intervention they changed mode of approach 7) wobbly toilet table 8) shower hose leaking water 9) broken shower door handle Basically we regretted the accommodation we chose and would not return, which is why we do not recommend it, it is completely different from what is stated on the trip.com board

Basically room in an apartment building. Stay here only because it’s close to where my meeting for next few days were.

Bathroom need to be upgraded

This apartment. The reception is on the eighth floor, apartment 802. There is a full kitchen. Few dishes. There is a washing machine. The only thing is that foreign residents must register with the police. The apartment staff will take you there. Prepare tickets to China and back. The area is cool, 700 m to the metro. There is a shopping center and grocery stores nearby.

The room is big, the lady boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The surrounding transportation is very convenient

Elegant entrance, but difficult to find. Unfortunately the room is not at the level of the hall, the amenities are ruined. The cleaning is really poor. Several small cockroaches in the room. On the last day they started to demolish the room next door, but fortunately we were checking out....

The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, the check-in is convenient, and the transportation is convenient.

The hotel is very conveniently located and there are many places to eat around, but the facilities are really old. There are only stairs on the first floor of the hotel, which is difficult to access with a large suitcase. However, my daughter and I only stayed for one night and it was okay.
