On a business trip to Yizhuang, I stayed at the Lavande Hotel and had a very satisfying experience. The front desk staff were polite, patient, and helped resolve issues with a gentle tone, which made me feel very happy. 😊 The room was clean and bright, and the sun made it warm. It was also convenient that the robot delivered items I bought directly to my room. There are charging stations right outside the hotel, which is great for lazy people like me. Plus, there are restaurants nearby. If I come back to Yizhuang for business, I'll definitely stay here again. It's superb!

Facilities: Pretty good, has everything you need, and plenty of parking spaces. The room has screen mirroring and a full-length mirror. It was fun that there was music playing while I showered, but the water temperature was tricky – turning it slightly towards hot made it scalding, but a tiny turn towards cold made it not hot enough. Environment: Lots of food and drink options nearby, quite lively. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. Cleanliness: Decent.

We really liked this hotel, polite staff, the receptionist JunYi Xie speaks very good English, he always helped us in all matters. The hotel can be proud of such an employee. The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day, room cleaning 5/5. We were in room 417 and we liked everything. thanks for all.

The hotel was pretty nice, new and well decorated, only it was far from subway, city center and any other shops. The robot who brought the deliveries was really fun.

Overall nice experience with nice staff. Room was fine and everything good. Just skip the breakfast as a foreigner.

Its far away from center and airport. Service ok but not great like in the other lavande hotel I have been with. Always clean. Delicious tea.
