Five-star rating! The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, the location was convenient, and the facilities were complete. It was absolutely great value for money, highly recommended! My stay was perfect, the environment was quiet and clean, and the front desk service was on point. This will be my top choice for my next stay! Everything exceeded my expectations. The hygiene, service, and location were all excellent. It's definitely worth coming back to.

The hotel was impeccably clean, which was very reassuring. The facilities were excellent, with a spacious and comfortable laundry room and gym. The restaurant had ample seating and a wide variety of food, truly befitting an international hotel. My only minor disappointment was that the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.

I used to always stay at a hotel on the other side of my relatives' neighborhood when visiting them, but this time I chose this hotel by chance and was pleasantly surprised. It's much better than the hotels I've stayed in before. I arrived a bit early and my room wasn't ready yet, but the front desk staff was very friendly and upgraded me to a first-floor room for free. The room had two rows of bamboo outside the window and a small courtyard, making it very quiet and comfortable. The room, towels, and bedding were all very clean, and the housekeeping staff was diligent and friendly. The bed was also very comfortable, though it was a bit of a shame that the bed frame had wheels and tended to move easily. The overall environment of the hotel is great, and there's a snack street just a left turn outside, making dining very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit family and friends.

Facilities: The facilities were very outdated. The shower faucets were broken. The hotel claimed to have a gym, but almost all the equipment was unusable. Service: Ordering takeout via robot took forever. Even when it did arrive, it wasn't delivered to the door; I had to go out of the room and run to the elevator to pick it up myself. Absolutely ridiculous. Finally, the room type was very cramped and looked very different from the pictures.

The hotel is only a ten-minute walk from the Wendu Water City scenic area, and is surrounded by convenient dining options, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips. Upon check-out, the staff proactively inquired about my stay, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout. The hotel offers excellent value for money and I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is built like a palace. It is close to the bus station, and it is convenient to eat nearby. It is also very convenient to take a small train to the Badaling Great Wall. The overall feeling is good.

There were a lot of urine stains on the toilet and black spots on the floor. I wiped them with my hands and they came off. That's a hygiene problem. It's disgusting and unclean.
