Orange Hotel (Beijing Guomao)

Honestly, I've never stayed in a hotel this bad. I understand that the location is prime and space is expensive, but cleanliness should be a basic requirement, right? The furniture was all damaged, there was dust everywhere, stains, unknown hairs, mold in the bathroom, and dead mosquitoes stuck to the ceiling. Even doing laundry was a nightmare; the staff dorms, laundry room, and restaurant are all together in the basement. When I went down to iron my clothes, I found the outlet had tripped. Besides getting a quiet room as requested and a good location, there were no other redeeming qualities. I thought I'd somehow ended up in a fake chain hotel, it was that terrifying.

The transportation around here is very convenient, with the subway station just 200 meters away. The service was excellent, and I'd definitely come back again.

This Orange Hotel in Beijing exceeded my expectations. The overall design is modern and vibrant, and the refreshing orange scent upon entering immediately soothed my fatigue. The staff were very enthusiastic, and I didn't have to wait long for check-in. The room was meticulously cleaned, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. It also had all the amenities, like smart screen projection and a separate shower. Downstairs, there are many shops, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Plus, there's a free laundry and fitness area. The facilities are brand new and clean, the price is affordable, and it's a quiet oasis in a bustling area. It's perfect for both tourists and short stays.

The hotel front desk staff were very helpful and had a great attitude. The room was very clean, and the hotel provided bottled water. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the Guomao subway station. Overall, it was a very good experience.

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is fantastic, making food delivery incredibly convenient. The room layout is also excellent. I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Beijing.
