Atour Hotel Beiijng Guomao Jinsong Subway Station

The Atour Hotel Jinsong boasts a fantastic location, right next to the subway, making travel super convenient. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming; check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions, paying attention to details that made me feel truly cared for. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Overall, my stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

The room was great! Hygiene: The room was tidied up and cleaned very neatly every day, and the disposable toiletries were refreshed daily. Service: The staff were all very helpful and promptly assisted with any issues. They would also greet you warmly when they saw you. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The environment here is great, and it's pretty quiet. You need to swipe your card to use the elevator, which feels very safe and secure. The location is fantastic; it's close to everything by taxi, and there's a wide variety of food delivery options. The front desk staff are incredibly nice, always greeting you warmly and showing genuine care, which is really touching. They're also very responsible; when food delivery arrives, they immediately send it up to your room with a robot. The room hygiene is excellent, and the cleaning staff are also very polite, even giving me extra bottles of water. I'm so grateful to all the staff at Atour; my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!

Service: Let's start with the service. Atour's service is indeed quite good, which is why I prefer staying here. Hygiene: The hygiene is acceptable, although there might have been some white water stains on the sink that weren't thoroughly cleaned. But I'm not a germaphobe, so I didn't ask for it to be cleaned again. Otherwise, it was pretty standard. Environment: The surrounding area is decent. There are places to eat across the street and even a fresh fruit supermarket. If you're tired and want to head back to the hotel early, you can easily grab dinner at one of the restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient. As for the hotel's interior, it's also acceptable, though the wallpaper in the room was visibly peeling in several spots, and the room was a bit cramped. It was hard to find space to open my luggage. However, in Beijing, where land is precious, this is probably normal. Facilities: The hotel might have been open for a while, as the facilities seem a bit old. For example, during peak hours, the shower water temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold. And I have to complain about the air conditioning – the noise was too loud. It was hot without it, but with it on, the noise made it difficult to sleep. Plus, there was noise from outside the window at night, like the building's external air conditioning units, which would make noise for about 5 minutes every 10-20 minutes. I was woken up several times just as I was about to fall asleep. I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking, but it turned out to be incredibly noisy upon check-in. And when the noise occurred, there would also be a slight vibration. I reported this to the hotel, and since we booked two rooms, if we were to switch, one room would have to be on a different floor, and there were no two connecting rooms available. In the end, they brought me some earplugs. I had to wear earplugs to sleep every night – it was really frustrating. Late-night porridge: The porridge was good, and I would go have some at night. But the air conditioning in the restaurant at night was set too cold.

The front desk lady was very helpful, and the room was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The cleaning staff also did a great job. It's reasonably close to the subway, so the location is good. Getting around by subway usually takes about 30-40 minutes.
