The pictures match the actual conditions perfectly. The entire room is smart-enabled; you can control the curtains, lights, and even make calls using the Xiao Ai AI assistant. The facilities are great too, with Arrow brand bathroom fixtures. My only suggestion would be to add a towel hook near the sink. Also, the refrigerator was incredibly noisy; it would be better if you could unplug it when not in use. After staying in hotels for so many years, this is the first time I've encountered complimentary drinks – my child was thrilled! I didn't get a picture of them, but they were canned sour plum juice and iced black tea from Uni-President. The room had heating, and the temperature was comfortable. I have to praise Trip.com's service; I didn't like the breakfast offered by the hotel, and when I contacted Trip.com customer service, they immediately refunded it. The service was excellent! All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and I'm very satisfied!

The front desk service was excellent, which is a big plus – they were very responsive to our requests. My only two complaints are: 1. The breakfast was a bit cold. It was a set meal from the McDonald's across the street (a burger, a hash brown, and a small bottle of milk). The hash brown was soggy and steaming when I opened it. I hope the hotel can clarify this on Trip.com. 2. The transfer service to Universal Studios was via a large bus. It stopped frequently along the way to pick up other guests, and some guests were late, causing the driver to wait patiently, which was a bit frustrating for me. It was annoying to see them finally get on the bus after dragging their feet. They should announce from the start that latecomers will need to take a taxi and that the bus will depart on time. Additionally, there was unexpected promotion on the bus, constantly pushing services to take you around for 200 yuan. They kept repeating it over and over, even though no one on the bus was interested. They just kept talking and promoting with a loudspeaker, which was a bit agonizing for guests heading to Universal Studios early in the morning.

The free shuttle service to Universal Studios is super convenient, so we didn't have to worry about getting a taxi on a snowy day. It's also very close to the subway station, making it easy to get to from the city. The room was spacious and very clean, offering excellent value for money.

Really great! They even offer a shuttle bus for tours. The hotel service is excellent, and the environment is very pleasant. The rooms are incredibly spacious! 👍 It's also only a few hundred meters from the subway station, which is super convenient.
