I’ve become a regular at the Hualux hotel location in Haidian Beijing. I was especially happy with the service from all the staff on this visit. They were kind, courteous and warm in their approach. I was particularly happy with Steven, a young man, who helped me carry my luggage to my room. He, alongside, the entire displayed excellent customer service~ job well done. Thank you.

I stayed in a lot of five star hotels in China and outside China. What impressed me most about this hotel is the staff. Very nice people, professional and client oriented. Rooms and Spa were also great. Breakfast was delicious. Only minus was that the room service and the restaurants in the hotel somehow serve only unique and expensive Chinese dishes. I would wish that they have more affordable and simple Chinese dishes as well.

A very satisfying stay! The hotel is in a great location, right next to 301 and Huaxi Shopping District. Parking is also very convenient.
