Atour X Hotel, Majiabao Metro Station, Beijing South Railway Station

Even though it was noisy late at night and the soundproofing wasn't great, the staff handled the situation very well, which made for a pretty good experience overall. I hope to stay here again if I have the chance, but I really wish they would improve the soundproofing.

This hotel is super close to Beijing South Railway Station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. It's a great choice for business travelers who frequently visit Beijing. While the restaurant is a bit small, it's impeccably clean, and the hotel staff are all very friendly and provide excellent service.

Excellent location, convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel's ambiance is quiet and elegant, and the toiletries are of good quality. My entire stay was very comfortable.

Facilities: Although the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was powerful, and the shower had great water pressure. The mini-fridge was a lifesaver in the hot weather, especially for keeping our takeout cool, which was delivered by a robot! The laundry room was also very convenient. Service: We stayed for several days, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Whether at the front desk, in the elevator, or in the laundry room, they always greeted guests proactively and were happy to answer any questions. A special shout-out to the two young men at the front desk who helped us borrow a wheelchair. One of them even sat in it himself to ensure it was safe before pushing it out the door for us, offering safety tips along the way – that was truly touching! The laundry service was also excellent and saved us a lot of time. Late-Night Porridge: Both the millet and white rice porridges were incredibly fragrant. The preserved vegetables, salted eggs, and shredded pork floss were a big hit with both the elderly and the children.

If you're on a business trip and need to catch a high-speed train the next day, staying here is incredibly convenient. It's just one subway stop from Beijing South Railway Station, and after exiting Majiapu subway station, it's about a two-minute walk. The environment and hygiene are both excellent, and the staff (both male and female) provide five-star service! 💯

Five-star review! I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is located on Beijing's South 3rd Ring Road, right next to Beijing South Railway Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. I especially want to commend the hotel's newly revamped cleaning and hygiene. The cleaning staff were exceptionally thorough and meticulous, cleaning every corner and crevice, under the bed, the bathroom floor drain, and water stains on mirrors – everything was perfectly clean. The entire room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was neat and fresh, creating a clean and odor-free environment overall. You can tell they take their cleaning seriously, which made me feel very comfortable and safe during my stay. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to or from South Station, or those on a business trip!
