The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities and environment were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I'll definitely come again next time.

I stay for 3 night there, and not really enjoyed the stay. 1. i always ask for make up room every morning after i left and when i came back the bed was tidy up , amenities refill (except my coffee and tea, no refill everyday. Had to ask the cleaner. And no tooth brush, tooth paste provided to us). 2. the floor was dirty, still have many hair and dust. Even i ask for make up room everyday 3. Near my room (across and 2 rooms after my room), there’s people smoking, open the door and talking really loud. Sometimes early in the morning they are noisy and my sleep is disturbed and also the smoke came to my room (idk through where the smoke came in). The rooms have smoke detector and i think there should be a ban on smoking in the room right? All the rooms have a balcony and i think there is the place for the guest to smoke ? 4. The lobby when i came to check in was filled with people smoking and no air circulation 5. I book 2 rooms, the service on make up room was different on each rooms, please kindly make it same. Example , 1st room got water everyday, but the other room just sometime. Maybe the cleaner forgot but it would be better if there’s checklist on each items Other than that , 1. Location near Xinfadi station, walk about 5 mins from the hotel 2. Besides the hotel there’s small store selling cup noodles and other things you neede and also about 200m walk, there’s a pharmacy too incase you need medicine or concult with the doctors 3. Across the street, there’s local market selling many things you want, meat, tea, vegetables, fruits with cheap prices

If you're a foreigner, simply don't go. It's very far from the city center (well over an hour on public transportation with transfers). It took me over two hours to get there from the airport. Everything in the hotel is in Chinese, everything. I couldn't even connect to the Wi-Fi because I couldn't understand it and kept asking for a Chinese number. They had a very friendly receptionist, the only one who spoke any English; the rest didn't speak much. The breakfast was mediocre and all Chinese food. I ended up having noodles and nuggets.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. And it's only 400 yuan? What makes you think that? I wouldn't stay here even for 400 yuan! I've stayed in many hotels around Xinfadi that cost 200 yuan, and I chose this one hoping for a clean and decent place, but it's completely not worth the price. I won't even mention how grimy it was; the bathroom was full of random hair, it was disgusting to look at. The wallpaper was moldy, the mirror was dirty, the showerhead was moldy, the toilet seat had yellow stains, and I didn't even dare touch the towels. And can you believe a hotel over 400 yuan doesn't have latex pillows? The pillows were yellowed, worn-out memory foam – a terrible experience! The soundproofing was terrible; I can hear everything the neighbors say in my room. All I could hear all night was the sounds of doors opening and closing, people talking, and the police. And to make matters worse, the window wouldn't close! I called the front desk for repairs, and they said it would be fixed the next day? What was I supposed to do all night?! They still won't change my room. The fact that the window in this street-facing hotel wouldn't close meant I couldn't sleep a wink all night. The noise of cars rushing by and people talking downstairs kept me awake. The breakfast was even worse. The steamed cake was so dry and crumbly—had it been sitting out for days and then reheated? It wasn't even properly heated. The soy milk was just soy powder mixed with water? I didn't drink a drop and threw it away. And the vegetables? There were only two, and they tasted like pig swill. I hope everyone avoids being scammed. Your restaurant should just go out of business; any other place around here is better.

I don't know if it was the boiler or something outside the window that was buzzing all night. I couldn't sleep well the whole night and had a terrible headache.

The soundproofing is so bad, I can't describe it. It's just terrible. I went to bed at 4 am. I could hear the conversation in the next room clearly. The waiter didn't care. He yelled until 3 am.
