房間衹能用臟亂差，衞生一點都不乾淨，櫃子門上還有油漬呢，打開櫃子裡邊亂七八糟還臟，最主要是沒有一次性拖鞋，打電話聯繫説給送後來一個小時過去了也沒給送，在打電話説沒有一次性拖鞋，我説退房就給掛電話了後來在打直接就不接了，

#負評#對房間佈局，鄰近餐廳失望；订的双床房，下午给了一个地址房间，晚上七点打算入住时说搞错了给换了一个地址房间，去了一看是单床房，更换过程极其拖沓，带着一身疲惫和行李等到晚间八点去了第三个地址，结果屋里十几个男租客说是他们的房间不让进门。于是又是拖沓的扯皮，最终我们终于进屋了，保洁当着我们一家的面草草收拾房间。
于是我联系商家说我要向平台投诉，商家说如果我投诉就把现在的房间订单也撤销了，带着一家老小开了十几个小时的车，我实在没有精力和商家扯皮了，只能妥协，凑合住下。
这明摆着就是把之前给我们的房间给了别家，之后又用一个单床房故意拖延时间，一直拖延到第三个房间的钟点房到晚间八点结束再匆匆转租给我们。
