Huali Jiahe Hotel (Beijing Gongwangfu Ping'anli Metro Station Branch)

My recent stay was quite disappointing, and I have two issues to report: Firstly, the staff's service attitude needs significant improvement. They were cold and indifferent when communicating, showing clear preferential treatment towards certain guests. My questions were met with impatience, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, the soundproofing in the room is seriously flawed. I could clearly hear footsteps in the hallway, conversations from the next room, and doors closing. The constant nighttime noise severely disrupted my sleep and quality of rest. I hope the hotel addresses these issues by improving staff attitudes and optimizing the room's soundproofing to ensure guests have a basic level of comfort during their stay.

The room was tiny, and the curtains would brush against the bed when opened or closed, which felt unhygienic. The room door and bathroom door were right next to each other, making it inconvenient to get in and out. The towels and bath towels had a strange, stale smell, like they hadn't been washed with detergent, just rinsed with water. For self-service laundry, you had to wait a long time in line, and you had to go downstairs to the front desk to get laundry detergent. The front desk staff were very cold and unhelpful!

I was in Beijing for medical treatment this time, and this hotel is incredibly close to Peking University First Hospital, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel's decor is also very nice. It's hot in summer, but the air conditioning here is powerful, so I had a very comfortable stay! The price is also quite reasonable compared to other places in the area!

This was my second stay here. I arrived in the morning, and the front desk staff was very thoughtful, immediately helping me get a room. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was better than expected. It's also convenient for visiting Peking University Hospital. I'll definitely be back.

The cleaning staff was great! They gave us so many bottles of water every day and even helped charge our phones. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because of its convenient location near the subway station.

I recently took my family on a trip to Beijing, and we stayed at the Huali Jiahe Hotel (Beijing Prince Gong's Mansion Ping'anli Subway Station Branch). We specifically chose a twin room, and it offered great value for money and an excellent experience. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to any attraction. Nearby, there's Huguosi Snack Street and many fruit stores, and a subway station and bus stop are just a short walk away. All the hotel staff were very friendly and professional, and the cleanliness was also superb. The staff proactively asked if we needed anything, and if we told the front desk, someone would quickly bring it to our room. Many thanks to them! It's worth mentioning that the room's privacy and soundproofing were excellent. The curtains were blackout, the pillows were memory foam, and there were multiple lighting modes that could be freely adjusted, giving us a fantastic sleep experience. The bathroom and toilet were separate, with the vanity located at the entrance, and I really appreciated the wet/dry separation. Although this trip was tiring, we rested very well at the hotel. Highly recommend it!

Traveling to Beijing with my family, I carefully selected this hotel. It's super close to the subway, and the kids absolutely loved the beds – they slept soundly after a full day of exploring. The only minor drawbacks were the hairdryer, which you had to hold down constantly (quite tiring!), and the faucet and sink placement, which wasn't ideal, leading to a puddle on the counter every time we used water.

This hotel is incredibly convenient! We stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights in Beijing, and it was perfect for exploring the city. All the major attractions were easily accessible by subway, usually within 30 minutes, which meant we could often come back for a quick rest during lunchtime before heading out again. It's also very close to Huguosi Snack Street, so finding good food nearby was never an issue. Downstairs, there's a barbecue place and other Beijing specialty snacks – you're bound to find something you like. The hygiene and cleanliness were also good. Plus, the famous Man Heng Ji hotpot, a must-try, is just around the corner. Super awesome!

Extremely close to the subway, the room isn't huge, but opening the window makes it cool and quiet. They offer luggage storage, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here!
