Beijing Minyoun Lia! by Minyoun Hotel (Wangfujing Commercial Street Dongdan Subway Station)

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, and it's very close to the subway station. The reception staff, both male and female, were incredibly friendly and patient with guidance and inquiries. Thumbs up! 👍 My child was so happy that the hotel front desk had stamps to collect! It would be perfect if the breakfast could be a bit more varied! 😍

Traveling with kids, this place is super convenient. It's close to Wangfujing, and there's a children's and women's museum right next door. The subway station is only a few hundred meters away, making getting around a breeze. The room was also spacious enough.

The service was excellent. The bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, and the front desk staff provided detailed information. During our stay, all our requests were met promptly. Even the housekeeping staff would greet us whenever they saw us. The cleaner noticed we drank a lot of water, so every day when we returned to our room after sightseeing, we'd find plenty of bottled water. The room layout was quite spacious, and the amenities were standard, including a refrigerator. The large window provided great natural light. While there wasn't much of a view from the 4th-floor window, being in a residential area meant it was very quiet. It's truly close to most of Beijing's attractions. We could basically get everywhere by bike, and the subway was also very convenient; it was a five-minute walk to the station, and just a few stops away from major sights. In the evenings, we could even go shopping in Wangfujing. The breakfast selection was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the dishes were slightly adjusted daily. Suggestions: A few of the power outlets in the room were a bit loose. It would be even better if they had robots to deliver takeout.

The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Dongdan subway station. The room has all the essential facilities and is a decent size. The front desk service was excellent; they quickly helped resolve my needs on both occasions.

Having traveled to Beijing for business countless times, this was by far the best experience. It's superior to hotels like Atour in every aspect. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are excellent, and the front desk service is incredibly attentive and thorough.

Halfway through my shower, the water cut out. My hair and body were covered in shampoo, and I had a train to catch in 3 hours. I was so speechless. The hotel said they share a water pump with the museum next door, so if the museum's pump breaks, theirs does too. And to top it off, they offered me a toy fan at checkout with absolutely no follow-up on the customer service issue.

The room was spacious with great facilities, and it was very clean and tidy. The service was excellent, and I even got a free room upgrade upon check-in. The hotel's location is convenient for transport yet still very quiet.
