The location is fantastic, right in Qianmen Dashilar, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. What I really want to praise are the front desk staff – their service was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they were patient and kind. They even proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions, and luggage storage was also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, my stay was excellent, and this hotel is a great choice for a trip to Beijing. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

The location is excellent, right outside the subway exit I. Hotels in Beijing are genuinely expensive, especially in the core areas, which is understandable given the overall situation. However, considering our travel pace, we really only needed the room for short periods. Beijing's overall tourism experience is indeed limited to that. I must emphasize, there's no elevator at this subway exit, no elevator, no elevator... so definitely don't bring a suitcase when visiting Beijing. You can feel how busy the front desk staff are, but even amidst the hustle, their attention to detail in service was noticeable. We don't mind the busyness, it's about mutual understanding. We're grateful for the room upgrade, even though we didn't have much time to enjoy the view outside; we're still very thankful. The hygiene was spot on, and the staff were all very polite as they moved about. The smart robot in the room didn't seem too smart, but it doesn't really matter. It was clean, hygienic, and had everything we needed. Hopefully, next time we visit Beijing, us out-of-town tourists can be a bit more relaxed. I don't want to be a 'special forces' tourist again.

The bedding was soft, room facilities were in perfect condition, and the smart home system was easy to use. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making for a comfortable washing experience. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Amenities like the self-service laundry room and luggage storage are comprehensive, making it ideal for long trips. The overall experience was outstanding. This hotel will be my top choice when visiting Beijing, and I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Despite the lively crowds outside, the hotel's soundproofing was excellent, keeping our room wonderfully quiet.
