Went after the Spring Festival, the price is very suitable. It's not too far, and it's easier to drive along the way, not weekends and holidays. Just don't make a mistake at the expressway, or you will leave Beijing. The small courtyard is on a slope, and you can park at the entrance. It is no problem to park three or four cars. An independent courtyard, not disturbed. The facilities inside were not photographed much, but like the photos, they were all real and visible. The children rushed to the pool, but because the previous tenant installed the floor drain upside down, the water could not be drained, and the children were about to cry. Fortunately, two smart dads used 502 glue and big nails to fix it. The pool was brushed twice and the kids had a great time. The living room is quite big, and hot pot is standard in winter, even if the two pots keep tripping, it may also be related to the air conditioner in the house. In the evening, I put a small flower in the courtyard, which is a little bit of Chinese New Year. After checking out the next day, I saw a frozen lake outside the courtyard and played for a while. Overall, this price is quite appropriate. I heard from the boss that a swimming pool is still being built near her house, and I hope to have a chance to come and play again in the summer.
