設施齊全，衞生良好，打掃及時認真，很乾凈，環境很安靜，出行交能通便利，緊守着培黎學校，吃飯方便，便宜，口味多，品種還齊全，這是很多酒店沒有的便利條件。服務周到熱情。

能選別的酒店就別選這家，入住體驗真的很差。入住的第一個房充滿下水道味道，找前台，給的回覆居然是要加錢換？？王德發，玩我呢，是想上明年315電視是還是想換工作啊！真有被氣笑，問他要經理的電話才不耐煩給換了個房，設施環境衞生依然很差…我一般沒有評論的習慣，碰巧在高鐵上收到邀評的短訊，那就別怪我順水推舟，順坡下驢了！命運就掌握在此刻的高鐵信號上了，發射！

房間比較老舊，被罩本是白色現在已嚴重發黃，馬桶沖好幾次沖不下去，地板污漬明顯，問店家要拖把自己拖，店周圍較荒涼，沒有早餐，就餐不便，距離最近的地鐵口步行較遠，室內沒有直飲水，店內也不提供直飲水，店內飲料比超市貴近1倍，店家服務態度差！
