I deliberately chose the All Seasons Hotel in Sanyuanqiao, which has relatively few bad reviews, but my experience was very bad. 1. When checking in, the front desk first answered a call from another guest. The front desk said that the guest had been upgraded from a 1.5m bed to a 1.8m bed. While we were waiting for the front desk to answer the phone, another couple The guests checked in by themselves. When they were about to leave, the front desk stopped them and offered to upgrade them to a room with a window. After upgrading this pair of guests, she checked us in, but did not offer to upgrade us. Is there any difference between us and other guests? 2. Whether the room type is upgraded is a trivial matter. We did not operate the air conditioner in the room at first after checking in. The mode was the third "fan" mode of the air conditioner. After a few dozen minutes, the room temperature showed 28 degrees. We switched to the second "snowflake" cooling mode. After ten minutes, the room temperature reached 30 degrees. The wind made a lot of noise but was blowing hot air. We called the front desk and they said that the refrigeration was not available and asked us to choose the first level of "heating". We adjusted the heating temperature to 20 degrees, and there was no wind. After a few minutes, the room temperature became 31 degrees, which was unbearably hot. breathe. We made a request to the front desk to lower the room temperature or change rooms. The front desk said that we should let an uncle check it first. When the uncle came, he said that the air conditioner should be changed to cooling. Finally, he said that he didn't understand and asked us to ask the front desk to change rooms. From the time the uncle arrived and he left, the door to the room was always open, but the temperature did not decrease at all. Even the uncle said he was too hot when he left. The room we were given on the first floor was a room facing the street, and we could hear the sounds of cars outside. We wasted more than an hour on the air conditioning temperature issue, but the staff did not show the slightest apology. They just changed us to a room with normal air conditioning and noisier than before. It was really disappointing. 4. The hygiene of the new room is also uncomfortable. There are blue hairs and water stains in the mouthwash cup. The hairs were not washed away after rinsing. I was too lazy to wash it, as in p4. There is no way to adjust the shower head to a fixed shower head. There must be something wrong with the button, because I can do the same thing in the first room. The water sprayed from the small nozzle in the new room had a special smell, which reminded me of some rumors about the unsanitary nature of the small nozzle, but I didn't have the energy to study it, so I had no choice but to turn it off immediately. All in all, the experience was very poor. Because I checked in late and spent a long time in the first room, I couldn't change to another hotel at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, so I had to sleep for one night.

The air conditioner is noisy and the room ventilation and soundproofing are not good. The location is okay but the price/performance ratio is not high.

The location of the hotel is also good, it is very convenient to go to Wangfujing, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Tsinghua University and other attractions, and you can get it with a taxi for 20 or 30 yuan! There are also many snack bars next to the hotel. You can eat special snacks in Beijing within walking distance. I especially like their air aerosol. I can smell a faint tea fragrance from entering the lobby. I really like it! What impressed me the most was the lady at the front desk, the service was very considerate, and she also pointed out the nearby food, the overall feeling of staying in was pretty good

The robot delivery is especially fun. When hhh saw the little robot for the first time, he followed it all the way back downstairs by the elevator. The room is exactly the same as the picture taken by the hotel, the TV is super super super large, there are places to eat breakfast around, there are also fruit supermarkets, and there is a bus stop nearby, so travel is fairly convenient. Oh, yes, the toiletries provided by the hotel are very good. They are all season's own products. They are sold on the first floor. The smell of geranium is very good. There are fragrances in the corridor every day. There are tea bags and a small refrigerator in the room to make tea. You can also buy yogurt and drink it in the morning. The price is expensive but it is really worth it. The environment is great, and it is indeed planted!
