設施：好，一樓的牛奶很好喝，洗衣機烘乾機很好用

環境：好
服務：特別好，來看陶喆演唱會的，住了兩晚上，最後一天出去玩的時候把行李寄存在這裏，酒店工作人員服務態度很好👍👍

前台小哥哥態度很好，貼心免費升級了帶床房。衞生條件，服務到位！早餐也挺豐富，離地鐵口很近，出門就有共享單車。

來五棵松看演唱會訂的，距離301醫院特別近，房間內部非常乾淨整潔，唯一就是我們訂的這間窗户略小了些。餐廳環境也非常好，有現煮麪條和各種早點，吃得很舒服。

酒店位置好，在五棵松地鐵站附近，這次是看演唱會訂的，去華熙五棵松場館騎車十分鐘，很近。酒店房間很整潔，員工態度好，晚上也很安靜，周邊有商業區，吃飯也很方便。

初步評判一下這個酒店，住肯定是沒問題，但是在這個設施上面兒有一些問題，我覺得挺好的住的。就是準備打電話問一問樓下早餐怎麼吃，結果電話沒聲兒，怎麼摁也沒聲兒，然後放個電影吧，一摁遙控器。沒電，沒反應，下午着急出門兒充電，把這個這個手機插到了門口鏡子旁邊那個插座兒上，插座兒也沒電

一般不想給人差評，想了想還是覺得要説。下午出門的時候跟前台説打掃一下衞生，換一下床單被套，答應的好好的，晚上回來吃飯的外賣垃圾還在地上一動沒動，前台説阿姨可能忘了已經下班了。我就跟前台要了布草自己換了一下，也是有生以來第一次體驗了住酒店還要自己換床單，我呵呵……第二天出門看到阿姨覺得打工的都不容易就想着不要投訴了，直接跟阿姨説打掃一下衞生就好，阿姨也答應好好的，結果她就給我換了個被套，補了一下水，因為床單上還有我的頭髮，洗漱台和地上都是頭髮，換下來的被套也忘記帶走了，就扔在沙發上。老公説別生氣，好好説讓她換個床單就好，衞生不用她打掃了，我就又讓前台安排阿姨過來換了個床單。真的是無了個大語，前台除了登記以外感覺也沒什麼服務意識，客人提出來自己換床單，換做我做這個工作，哪怕我幫客人換，也不可能讓客人自己換吧，就必須差評吧。
