I loved the ambiance of this hotel; it was quiet and comfortable. The room was bright, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The service was also great, and having free parking was a huge plus for those traveling by car. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The hotel facilities were also comprehensive, meeting all my needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is excellent as well, with convenient transportation and many attractions and shopping centers nearby. Being able to enjoy the beautiful city views from the hotel was truly a treat.

My stay at the Beijing Lize Business District Yuantuo Hotel was absolutely fantastic! I have to specially commend the front desk service – it was truly attentive and professional. As soon as I arrived in the lobby, the front desk staff warmly greeted me and processed my check-in incredibly quickly; the whole process was efficient and smooth. They patiently explained how to use the room key card and operate the hotel's smart facilities, even going over all the little details. Besides the perfect front desk service, the hotel itself also has a lot to offer. The 'Guochao' (Chinese chic) style design is very unique, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart bedding and pure guest room setup made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. It's also close to the subway entrance, making travel incredibly convenient. I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the front desk throughout my stay, truly making me feel at home. Next time I'm in the Lize area, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Onetop Hotel in Beijing's Lize Business District was absolutely fantastic! I have to specially commend the front desk service – it was truly exceptional. The moment I walked into the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. Check-in was super fast; I didn't have to stand around waiting at all. She swiftly completed everything and proactively shared the room's WiFi password, breakfast times, and hotel facilities, showing great attention to detail. When I checked out, I was in a hurry, and the front desk staff quickly processed everything. She also thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings and wished me a safe journey with a smile, making me feel like I was talking to a friend. Besides the excellent front desk, the hotel itself is also great. The room was spacious and clean with good natural light, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's also close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

1: Absolutely no service, the front desk staff had no smiles at all and were unresponsive to questions. The breakfast staff were the same, delaying answers to everything. When my child asked for noodles, the staff even asked, 'Didn't you just eat?' 2: The breakfast was so unappetizing that it barely filled our stomachs. 3: The room hygiene was poor, with a thick layer of dust on the headboard. I have no idea how they usually clean.

This hotel is super convenient, just about 200 meters from the subway station. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very patient and provided great service. A big plus for this hotel is how spacious the rooms are. Everything was also very clean and tidy, and I really loved the decor. It's cool that they have robots deliver takeout, which is super handy. They also offer a self-service breakfast. Highly recommend!
