There was one day on which our room was not made up, however this was the only negative, and it wasn't a concern. The staff at reception were helpful and kind during our stay. It was a lovely touch to receive a lovely assortment of fruits and cakes, as well as a kind welcoming note, in our room upon returning from our evening out on our first day. The hotel has a fitness centre and a pool, however I can make no comment on these facilities as neither my partner nor I visited these. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a conveniently located and welcoming hotel
