Transportation: It’s very convenient to call a taxi, very close to the subway and bus The breakfast in the restaurant is very clean and has a wide variety. I like the fresh soy milk the most There are free drinks in the refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer. My clothes were misplaced, and the handsome guy Yuanmu at the front desk took the trouble to adjust the monitoring. He patiently searched and finally found them! He always bothers him with all kinds of little things, but he is always enthusiastic, patient and loving. I am 100% grateful to Yuanmu and give him 10,000 points of thumbs up!

Environment: Before I came here, I thought the room was very small when I looked at the pictures online. In fact, this room type is larger than I thought. It was very comfortable. There was a table and a sofa. Service: Double full marks for service. I have stayed in many hotels in Beijing, many of which are more expensive than Atour. No one has better service than Atour. All the staff at the front desk, including the cleaning aunt, make people feel at home. I am The aunt who came to take the exam would give me a few extra bottles of water every day when cleaning. She saw that I was studying and was really touched. Every time I contacted the front desk, her attitude was so good that I was flattered. From now on, as long as I do business around here, I will only stay at Fuxingmen Yaduo. I hope you will continue to do so.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient for our planned activities. Close to a subway station and some of the tourist attractions we planned to see. There was one day on which our room was not made up, however this was the only negative, and it wasn't a concern. The staff at reception were helpful and kind during our stay. It was a lovely touch to receive a lovely assortment of fruits and cakes, as well as a kind welcoming note, in our room upon returning from our evening out on our first day. The hotel has a fitness centre and a pool, however I can make no comment on these facilities as neither my partner nor I visited these. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a conveniently located and welcoming hotel

The location of the hotel is extremely superior. It is only a few minutes walk from the subway Xidan Station, which is very convenient whether it is taking Line 4 or Line 1. The Xidan business district next to it is also highly developed, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things. The size of the room is also OK, there are windows, which is conducive to lighting and ventilation. The hotel is a long time old, the bathroom is a bit old, and the lights feel dark. The carpet inside and outside the room also feels too old. The facilities are really old, but they are also said in the past. As for service? Give the room attendant five points. The receptionist in the lobby downstairs suggested that the staff be increased (peak period) to deal with it in time and improve the customer experience. Finally, I am still very satisfied with the hotel. I will continue to stay next time I have the opportunity.
