Loved our stay at this hotel for the Chinese new year Holiday. Nearly everyone at the front desk speaks English, they are very polite, friendly and helpful with anything. They're so kind it makes me want to stay again just because of the front desk haha. Apart from the staff, the room was beautiful, large, big bed, great bathtub, well maintained, stunning view and a very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything you possibly could need in terms of utensils. Gym is well equipped with technogym all though a bit small, but it has everything you need, very clean. Shame the pool wasn't open, so if you book hoping to swim, be sure to call and check if the pool has opened. For families with kids the location is perfect as it's in between multiple shopping malls and great indoor play places for kids, even has it's own mall attached to the hotel with a very cute play place on the third floor, if I remember correct. We tried a new place every day and they were all located within walking distance, happy Daughter! A play place called Mamatata is the only one I'd avoid if you want to shield your kids from nightmares, nasty zombies and skeletons growling are frequently appearing on the big screen. It's in a shopping mall on the opposite side of the road, one block away. Our Daughter cried her heart out because she got so scared when they suddenlt popped up, we had to leave as they didn't want to turn it off... Anyway, The play area they have for kids by the lobby could need some improvement, very cosy but many toys are broken etc. Deposit is high, 1000rmb a night, which is a little bit unnecessary I feel but it is what it is, you'll get it back if you don't break anything haha . We did break a glass though but they didn't want to charge us for that, very kind. I'd definitely come again!

Atour Hotel (Joy City, Chaoyang Road, Beijing)

The location is good, just 1 kilometer away from Joy City, so you can easily solve your food and drink problems. The surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet, and the sanitation and environment are very good. The guy at the front desk also upgraded the floor for free. When entering the store, he will provide a hot drink, which is very heartwarming! I will call you before arriving to ask for the arrival time, which is great!

When I came to Manxin Hotel during the Spring Festival, I felt extremely warm as soon as I entered the door. Hot towels and tea were provided when I checked in, and I also received a small gift when I left. No other hotel in Beijing has such service. The room is very newly decorated, and there is a humidifier and air purifier in the room, which is very suitable for friends from the south. For those who come by car, there is a free parking lot in front of the hotel, as well as charging piles. It is very friendly to those who drive. The hotel is very close to Chaoyang Joy City. It is very convenient for food and leisure. Five-star recommendation to the lady at the front desk. Also liked it and recommended a discounted breakfast set to the children, which is heart-warming🥰

There is an express 2 to Zhongchuan station very close 🧹Hygiene: Toothbrush is provided in the clean room, and disposable slippers are provided at the front desk 🍃Environment: There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants in the park. There is a full house in the next building, and the dumplings inside are delicious. 🔔Service: The service from the guy at the front desk is very good, he helped to point out the direction of the subway station, and there is also a place for accounting nearby, thank you very much.
