Grand Hyatt Beijing

Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area Beijing|0.43km from Museum of Visual Art
Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves. Hope the next time we stay here sky guo would have fixed this feedback! Alongside with ensuring that luke warm pre made coffee will not be served. Absolutely charming sales director

The Peninsula Beijing

Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area Beijing|0.62km from Museum of Visual Art
There are slight flaws overall, but of course Peninsula’s service is nothing to say! Just a few minor flaws to correct: 1. I asked for an extra quilt on the day of check-in. The waiter brought it to my door and didn't pay attention at first. Later when I wanted to use it, I found two spots-like stains and forgot to take pictures; 2. The breakfast was too ordinary. Simple, just the standard of a 4-diamond hotel, and it’s a bit disappointing that it’s semi-buffet; 3. My mother didn’t go to breakfast for the 2 nights of my stay, so I took my child and calculated the cost for my child was 158 yuan/breakfast, and I refunded the money without any communication or exchange. It will be deducted when you check in; 4. The mini bar charge is a bit inhumane. After all, the mini bar is free now. How about charging a few bottles of drinks for a room rate of 3800 yuan a night? How about charging 88 yuan for a bottle of Coke with a market price of 2.5 yuan? ! What? advantage: 1. Good service! good service! good service! It made me feel at home. Every employee provided sincere service with a smile. The quality of Peninsula’s employees is top-notch! I’m sure the hotel treats its employees well; 2.10.3 coincided with the wedding anniversary, and the concierge decorated the room! Thank you so much! As far as this is concerned, the above shortcomings are insignificant! Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws! The Peninsula brand is here, and it deserves it! 3. I would like to express my special thanks to Ren Jie from the concierge department. Thanks to him for helping me coordinate, my wife and kids and I had a pleasant 3-day vacation! Of course, I would also like to thank all the Peninsula staff for their considerate service! I will stay at Peninsula again in the future! Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing are all leaders in the entire industry and region; 4. Through communication, some defects were well handled in the end. Through the real experience and feedback of our guests, Peninsula can continue to make progress and always stay far ahead in the industry! ! !

City Line Hotel

Beijing Railway Station Beijing|0.61km from Museum of Visual Art
This is a trip on Friday afternoon and my brother decided to take my parents to Beijing to finish watching Tiananmen Square on Saturday. Because I am going to watch the flag raising on Sunday morning, when I am doing hotel strategy on Friday night, I will take Tiananmen as the center within a few kilometers. Looking for the hotel, Ctrip browsed for half an hour to analyze the user evaluation of several Zhongyi hotels. My selection principle is close to Tiananmen Square, the price is not too high, the service is good, the most important thing is clean and not noisy, another There is breakfast, and the hotel finally selected Xinyi Hotel. I think this price is really worth living here. The hotel service is really good. I will contact the store in advance. I originally booked the four-point check-in, because I went back to the Bird’s Nest Water Cube and went to the hotel to negotiate at 8:00. The hotel also upgraded the one-meter-eight-bed room for free. The waiter’s attitude is also very good. No matter what you ask, the hotel is very clean. The room is also equipped with coffee Lipton black tea. My parents are very happy. I still live here, and I have to say that I have to give praise. I think the evaluation says that it is not possible to go to Tiananmen for 30 minutes, because I think that my parents are older, I drove to the taxi, there was a car at three in the morning, and the cost seemed to be around thirteen. very convenient! It is also very suitable for children. There is a free breakfast roll in each room. If another person buys 78 one on the same day, buy 50 one in advance, it is breakfast buffet. The price is slightly expensive but it is convenient to no longer have to go out to eat. The fried dumplings are good, I eat A lot. In short, five stars praise! I will go again next time.

Bolly Wood Hotel

Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area Beijing|0.69km from Museum of Visual Art
I recently stayed at the Bollywood Hotel with my wife, 9 month old son, and in-laws. The hotel is a smaller hotel than some of the others in the area. They have a restaurant but we didn't have a chance to try the food there. Rhe hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from alot of restaurants and shopping and near the wangfujing shopping area. Also the theres a subway entrance about a block away. The room prices were very reasonable and the service there would rival any of the 5 star hotels. Rooms are a bit small but very clean. But what stood out the most is the service we received. From the beginning, the staff made every effort to accommodate all requests and went above and beyond. When we first checked in we wanted to switch rooms so that my in-laws rooms and our room were near. They put us on the same floor and pretty much right next to each other. There was always free bottled water, ice tea and soft drinks in out room. If we ever ran out they would just bring us more. We had a late train to catch on the day of check out. They held our luggage for us after we checked out so we can enjoy the city and come back to pick up the luggage once we were ready to go to the train station. And of course all of this was free of charge. I would like to especially thank Chen Wang and Xinyu Li for their excellent service and hospitality. They really made us feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here the next time I am in Beijing.

Dongdan Hotel(Peking Union Medical College Hospital)

Thinking about staying for one night, I booked a hotel close to Concord. When the weather turned cold, the heating was on and the sun was directly on, making the house very warm. The price of this prime location is indeed justified, mainly for convenience, 2 minutes walk to the subway station, 5 minutes to Concorde. All kinds of snacks at the door are very convenient. The room is not big, but it is clean, free snacks are provided, the TV is very big, Xiaomi 58 inches seems to be. There is a bad room service that is not good at night. There are no pillows at night, which is really not supposed to be. It is lucky to be able to choose a suitable room within 500 in Beijing's second ring road. I will consider it next time I go here to work. The surrounding season will be 700.

It's very close to the hospital, it looks like three to four minutes on foot. On the roadside, you can see the hotel at a glance. There are not many rooms, but it is very clean. It is three to four minutes away from the subway entrance, which is too convenient. 🚗 Transportation: 🧹Hygiene:
