The room facilities and size are OK, the location is not bad, the sound insulation is a little worse, but the impact is not very big. is very dissatisfied with the service of the front desk manager. I am the two platforms that have set a room for two days separately. I just checked out at 12:00 noon. She said that she had renewed my stay, and I didn't decide whether to renew the lease at that time. Then we reached the decision verbally at that time. We will wait for me around 2:00 and then confirm with them whether to renew. I came around 2:00, but she said that I had cancelled it, but I asked Trip.com and said that the order was not cancelled, and then various operations made me rebook the hotel, but the price rose a lot more than when I set it. For this matter, I stood in the lobby for at least half an hour. I had to do things in the afternoon. I wasted a lot of time on the matter of staying at this hotel, and it was said that it was my problem and my attitude was relatively awkward. This service is really amazing, and it has been repeatedly emphasized that the hotel system is set like this. Finally, a higher-level lobby manager learned about the situation of and said that he would simply check in to solve my problem. I also travel a lot. It is really the first time I have encountered this situation after staying in so many hotels. In addition, I want to praise Trip.com's service. I learned about my situation, took the initiative to apologize and gave me compensation to express comfort , this is really not expected. I will book hotels on Trip.com as always in the future.

I used to be a member of China Lodging Club. This time I booked with Ctrip. I haven’t booked a hotel for a long time. I remember that we always check out at one point before. When we checked out this time, the waiter told us to check out at 12 o’clock, so it was after 11 o’clock. I started to ask if I would continue to live, and I asked it several times. Later, after negotiation, it was said that the system had been billed overtime after twelve o'clock, but it was charged separately. It is a cost-effective budget hotel in the same location, and other aspects are okay.

It was snowing heavily during the business trip, and the receptionist upon arrival was as enthusiastic as ever. The service at the luggage counter was very professional and efficient. The room attendant, Ms. Li Ruimei, made you feel at home and very considerate during your stay. She proactively provided a humidifier and greeted her warmly every day. Ms. Mei and Harry, the fitness instructor at the gym, were also very kind and proactively provided water and towels for use. The room service was very It’s fast and delicious. The dishes at Hongxuan Chinese Restaurant are also very in line with the taste. The overall experience is very comfortable. The room is clean, there is no odor and the corners are cleaned very carefully! I will continue to stay in Zhongguancun next time I come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel room is very wide and the hot water is relatively large. It is more comfortable when taking a bath. The facilities are complete. It is equipped with Xiao Ai classmates. The whole house can be controlled by intelligent voice. Electric curtains, smart toilets, all available. In addition, the TV in the hotel is also equipped with HD screen LCD TV. When you can't sleep at night, you can enjoy the same visual effect as a private theater. The overall quality of the service staff is quite high, especially the front desk of Yang, the check-in is fast and the attitude is very good, recommended!
