Wuzhen Impression Boutique Hotel

To be honest, I have been looking forward to this hotel. I have stayed at Gubei Water Town Hotel, Gubei Light Hotel, Gubei William Hotel, and Gubei Thirteen Sisters Hot Spring Hotel more than once. This time I wanted to try this Wuzhen Club, so I booked it for a family of three in the afternoon. Arrived at around 4 o'clock and checked into the hotel room. I felt warm when I entered the room. Maybe it was too cold outside. When I entered the room, the temperature of the central air conditioner in the room was 25 degrees. I adjusted the air conditioner to 30 degrees so that the children could be warmer when I came back from going out for a while. We went out to eat and hang out. After visiting the night view for about two hours, I came back and felt hot as soon as I entered the door because the hotel in Gubei where I stayed before was very hot and even required a meeting window to dissipate the heat. This hotel I ignored it because we changed clothes because it felt a little cold. I got into bed and took a breath, thinking that I might have just come back from going out, but the more I lay down, the colder I got. It was so cold that my upper and lower teeth were chattering. I got out of bed and looked at the air conditioner. It was set to the maximum wind speed and heat, but it was too cold. I didn’t dare to go into the cold bathroom without stepping on it. Even the non-slip mats on the toilet are so cold, not to mention the fact that the children dare not sit on them. We have to pour hot water on them before we dare to sit on them. I don’t believe it. You clean the hotel every day and can’t you find this problem? Wuzhen Club is a pretty good hotel in a scenic area. Don’t you have a sense of service? I called the front desk and the service staff told them that the heating system is just like this. There is no other way. I just want to say, your lobby is so hot that it makes you feel dizzy. The staff knows about heating. Do the guests have to stay upright while freezing? The staff told us that they could send us a heater and extra bed quilts for us. After a while, they sent us a small electric heater and placed it next to the bedside of me and the child. To be honest, it didn't have much effect. The air conditioner➕electric heater kept us awake at night. I slept extremely dry and my throat was very uncomfortable in the morning. I can only say that you should be cautious if you want to go to this hotel in winter. We are very disappointed with this hotel and we will not book it next time. The only saving grace is that the Chinese breakfast is good. There is no other redeeming feature. place.

I took my elders and children to Gubei Water Town for the weekend. I wanted to have a private bath, so I made a reservation at the only inn in Water Town that has a private bath. Since there were not many rooms available when I placed the order, I chose a deluxe kang room and a deluxe large kang room. Both rooms have private outdoor baths. The main difference is in size. The private hot spring pool in the high-end large Kang room is larger, and it is no problem for two adults and one child to bathe together. The private hot spring in the high-end Kang room is more suitable for an adult. The inn is located relatively inside the water town, closer to the Simatai Great Wall. You can see the beacon tower of the Simatai Great Wall from the inn’s yard. The inn is not too far from the drone show and water dance show, it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The breakfast in the inn is divided into two types: advance reservation and self-service. You can scan the QR code at the store front desk to order omelettes, noodles, dumplings, etc. in advance. Salted duck eggs, bread slices, fruits, soy milk, etc. are self-service without placing an order. You can pick it up directly from the restaurant. The breakfast tastes pretty good and I feel comfortable eating. In addition, the beds in the inn are all kang beds, which are a bit hard. Some people may not be used to them, while others may like them. It varies from person to person. If you come to Shui Town and want to have a private bath, you can consider this store.

This is my fifth time coming to Gubei. I brought my sister, my mother and ten other people with me. During the National Day, not only did the room price double, but all rooms were fully booked. I also made the reservation a bit late and had no choice, so I spent the money I usually spend on staying in a hotel. The money was used to book a hotel room. I have passed by this store several times. I bought ice cream and drank coffee here before. This time I stayed here. The room is in the backyard of an old courtyard house. It is very quiet. The stairs go down and go up. The children say it is like a secret room. It is so fun. There is a small yard in front of the door, which leads from the moon door to the restaurant. There is also a side courtyard door in the small courtyard, so you don't have to go through the front yard and restaurant to get in and out. The service was very good. We didn't have enough bedding for the two of us. We called the waiter at night and brought another quilt. We had a warm and wonderful sleep! Dinner is also served at the inn, home-cooked food, good quality and cheap, eliminating the hassle of crowding with people and waiting in line! Also, I would like to express my special thanks to Ctrip’s customer service, who helped me communicate and coordinate repeatedly when the room was tight on the eve of the big holiday. They were very responsible and patient. This trip was finally completed. I have a good impression of Ctrip! up! up!

It is most convenient to climb Simatai and live here. The room is quite comfortable, and water, fruit and good night cookies are provided. Most service staff can take the initiative to greet or help open the door, etc. The front desk can help call a shuttle bus to the door at any time. The service in the scenic area is standardized. I forgot to take the thermometer I bought at the community clinic outside the scenic area. Then everyone from the doctor to the shuttle bus driver to the hotel front desk helped to send it back. Everyone called to confirm it, which was great.

The feeling of home came. The landlord and his wife are people with stories at first glance. They are enthusiastic and serious. They are very enthusiastic. Most of our 17 families are old and weak. We have to pick up and drop off in four trains to Gubei Water Town. The landlord is not annoying at all. He also intimately invited us to go back to the hotel at noon to rest. I am afraid that our elderly and children are too tired. Very good value for money, there is a sun platform Independent village, no problem eating and drinking. It is a home that has been in place for a few years, and every room has a bathroom. Very suitable for a family to travel

Very good accommodation experience, the housekeeper Mr. Guo is very caring, the service is particularly thoughtful, whether it is a parking lot or a scenic spot, they take over the delivery, and are very patient and answer all questions. The accommodation environment is very good. At first, I booked for one night. After seeing the accommodation environment, I decided to book another night. Every room decoration is very distinctive and exquisite. The balcony can see the Simatai Great Wall. The night view is beautiful. His room is definitely the best location in the same period. The viewing location is amazing! !

I especially like it. I will designate your home when I come here in the future. The house has everything you need. You can see the Gubei Water Town next to it through the window. The location is very convenient. The landlord’s eldest brother and sister are also very good, absolutely recommended! !
