The 4-star hotel booked for more than 500, no coffee, no mineral water, no slippers, the TV is..., the charging socket is just blocked by the mattress, and the mattress needs to be removed to charge the electricity. The whole room feels a bit like 15 A small hotel in China years ago

I had read good reviews but I'm afraid that the terrible economic situation in Lebanon has had an impact on this hotel. It was not very clean to say the least, i found an insect crawling on the floor. The bathroom had mold everywhere. There's no breakfast or restaurant. The staff was very nice and helpufl, I'm sure they do their best under the circumstances.

Rooms not very clean. Stank of cigarettes. Amenities generous, but a tooth care packet was stained and filthy. Sheets were barely fit the bed and we’re super thin and stained.
Hotel needs updating, overall dingy.
