Excellent hotel, super clean, newly renovated, friendly staff, will stay again many times

It's located in a relatively nice neighborhood, with convenient and safe transportation. The facilities are great, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful, but the person on the night shift was completely different and showed no sense of responsibility; their attitude was terrible. I won't stay here again.

The hotel is very bad in terms of service. The staff are extremely unprofessional and only care about money, with no respect for the customer or the original booking. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We have not been able to visit since October 2019 and had stayed here for many years before then. Considering what the country has been through it was such a comfortable stay, everything worked- not sure why the other reviews conflict this- but our experience was excellent. The GM is incredibly accommodating giving us early check in and late check out at no cost, nothing was too much to ask from all the staff, location is perfect and I will continue to support them for our future stays. We even forgot a drawer full of clothes which they have kept aside for us. Clean comfortable and 24/7 electricity which is a HUGE luxury! Thank you to all the team
