SANTIKA Properties in Bekasi City

I am very impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. On the first day, I got a room which was affected by external noise that came from the outdoor HVAC system bay. Because of this, I requested for a room change and they fulfilled that request promptly. This is the only hotel that provided 4 bottles of mineral waters every day. Amazing! The breakfast was also amazing with so much selections from indonesian, western and asean foods. This hotel is also located on a shopping mall, thus, it is very convenient to buy anything and go to restaurants. Thanks Hotel Santika, your staff have done a good job! Please give them annual bonus…hehehe

The room is too loud, could hear the sound from other rooms and the light is a bit darker. The AC is not so cold and the non smoking room still could smell cigarette.
